Been a customer for 7 years and service has really declined. There’s been a mistake and have lost confidence in my “contact point” . Was never really impressed he seems to only answer some emails when he feels like it. Have asked three times for his manager to call.
I’m due so many outstanding web filing my company has collected points. Looking to see if another accountancy firm can take over now. Should have done years ago when the service went down

As many others I have been waiting for my end of year accounts and chasers for updates are ignored. If they put as much effort to responding to emails as they do about putting responses on negative reviews here, maybe they would not get so many. I was a customer for 6 years but not any more.

I have been with InTouch for nearly 7 years and this year the service has gone through the floor. No one answers emails, it takes days to get through, I have been chasing my draft accounts since June, have been promised by 3 different people they would be sent this week and yet silence and no accounts. The fact that I am paying for this appalling service is disgusting, they should be compensating me. They obviously don’t care about the company and the way they are going this will be closed down before it goes bust. Once I have my accounts I am leaving and the ombudsman who regulates this company will be made aware of the atrocious service, this company is the worst run company I have ever dealt with in my working life.

I was appointed a super lady called Danielle Read. Right from the start, Danielle supported me through my anxiety issues I had around finances. Taking me through every stage with patience and reassurance and making every detail about the software understandable.

Ongoing issues from early this year…still unresolved!! Hundreds of calls and emails, mostly unanswered.
They’ve duplicated all earnings submitted to HMRC so all tax/income is incorrect…submitted wage reports after I’d been made redundant from the company using these ‘accountants’ so left me without any other support as it looked like I was still getting an income.
Have the cheek to send marketing emails and texts but not reply or do their jobs correctly!

"Avoid like the plague"
I have been a customer for several years and initially had a faultless service - I even recommended them a few times. Then my personal accountant left in 2022 and it's been downhill ever since. Telephone calls go unanswered. Emails can take 4-8 weeks to be answered or resolved. Two late VAT submission penalty point and fines later and now I suspect my latest VAT return is incorrect too. The final straw is their portal and CRM system which clearly intends to remove all human interaction and the end customer is left with the inability to communicate with their accountant. I decided that I would give notice and move to another accountant. I called and was told that the only way to do that was to speak to someone in their customer support team who would ring me back. Guess what? No returned call. I sent a letter in too. I'm in limbo and it doesn't seem like they care one iota. The service is so poor I would give it zero stars if I could.
