Blenheims manage our share of freehold at 14 Wetherby Place, SW7. They are extremely helpful, responsive and professional. In particular, Lindsey Brown has been a pleasure to deal with. Lindsey assisted me with my purchase queries and my Licence to Alter as well as various property issue. I cannot thank Lindsey enough for her kind help each time I needed assistance.

The manhole cover in our garden was overfilling and sewage was leaking into the garden. I called our management company Blenheims and spoke To Hannah Page. She was so diligent and efficient. Within 2 hours of calling someone had been over and the problem was resolved. Hannah kept us up to date on all progress and even checked in the next day to ensure it was sorted. Fantastic service!

I would not recommend or choose to work with Blemheims again, it is ultimately an unnecessarily consistently frustrating and disappointing experience.

I am the owner of a property in Forset Court which is under the care of Blenheims Estate. There was a leak into my flat from the apartment above and I emailed to the Asst Property Manager , Maydene Bascombe. The response I got was immediate and super efficient. Blenheims does good work managing all aspects of our building at Kensington Court in W8 London. Inevitably there are challenges, especially in the Covid lockdown period.
