Had an issue with the A/C unit in our flat. I reached out to Blenheims via email and Maydene got in touch with me very quickly. Given the Covid-19 situation, Maydene was able to schedule an engineer visit and confirm the time with me in quick fashion. Engineer came over and solved the problem on the same day.
Very positive experience with Blenheims and overall, I'm happy with the service provided and the level of communication!

Also when our recent long standing excellent Caretaker left Deidre somehow found our new one Paulo who is literally a gem!

"Great manager, Deirdre"
My review is based solely on the property managers we have worked with at Blenheims during the 5.75 years we owned our flat. For the first 3-4 years, we suffered from high turnover of managers, poor project management, and numerous accounting issues. Admittedly, ours was a more complex property (part of a block of flats, with commercial owners on the ground floor) but otherwise it should have been easy to manage -- no landscaping or elevators. We had to raise official complaints, both with Blenheims and the freeholder.
Thankfully, when Deirdre Griffith came on board, things improved. It took a bit of time to establish trust (not helped by me bombarding her with unresolved complaints in our first meeting) but Deirdre was responsive, took the time to tackle the issues, and set up better accounting processes. She has the right, no-nonsense approach and is the only Blenheims manager with whom I was able to develop a good working relationship. Some accounting issues were still work in progress when we left, but these issues take time to work out, and management of our building was in a much better place. All thanks to Deirdre.
Why am I putting in a good review nearly a year after selling our flat? It’s because Deirdre is helping us with the refund of service charge overpayments from previous years. These refunds are due to Deirdre’s prudent management and better control over how bills are allocated between the different blocks. I doubt that the previous managers would have taken the time to help an ex-leaseholder...
Property management is all about the people and continuity. As long as Blenheims holds on to excellent managers like Deirdre, they will do well. My review of Deirdre alone would be a 5 but given the previous experience with the firm, my overall rating is a 4.

I wanted to say thank you to Louise & Joanne for all they do to help me. It’s only me by myself since my husband passed, he used to deal with everything. They’ve helped me sort issues with water in my apartment and Louise has listened to me when I’ve needed to someone to talk to. I would commend the firm for its professionalism, reliability and expertise in tackling what can at times be an extremely difficult job. The fee earner who's been responsible for our building during the last few years is Deirdre Griffith. I have always found Deirdre to be responsive, reasonable in her approach to the work and a pleasure to deal with.

Having historically been disappointed by the assistance and attention received from the previous building managing agent, this was a welcome change and much appreciated.

"A Decade+ with Blenheims"
I’ve recently had cause look at the reviews for Blenheims and must confess that I don’t recognise the split between 63% Bad vs 33% Excellent!
As a director of a Freehold Company that has used Blenheims for over a decade to manage our affairs I have found Blenheims’ West London Office in Kensington (in particular Leanne Barker and Deirdre Griffith of that office) to be most efficient and professional in their operations over these many years since 2007. And whilst it may be possible to find an Asset Management Company that operates at a lower rate of management fee, I have no hesitation in rating Blenheims as ‘Great’. NB In principle I don’t rate anyone as Excellent or Prefect on the basis that I don’t believe perfection exists.

I own a flat in a converted house and Blenheims has been our managing agent for many years. Although few tenants in number, running our house has not been easy. However, I feel our property manager Lindsey Brown has always had stamina and patience to work with difficult tenants like us. Moreover, she was kind and professional at all times, despite our peculiarities.
