"Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!"
I have dealt with numerous managing agents over the years and have never come across a company so unhelpful and difficult to deal with. They never respond to enquirers and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

"Thank you note about Ms.Marta Szczepanska"
Thank you note about Ms. Marta Szczepanska
I am one of the owners of a property at 42 Lansdowne Crescent Following the bad experiences with previous property managers , we had Matra appointed as the new property manager.
Thanks God with Marta arrival on first quarter 2017, the relationship with Blenheims changed for the best.Marta is professional, friendly ,caring .She is a good listener and has a genuine problem solving approach .She endeavours to do her best in finding solutions. In less than 4 months she was able to have the top floor owner undertake repairs in his and my property. This issue was outstanding for three years. Thanks to her communication and negotiating skills she facilitated constructive rapports between the top floor owner and myself while she remained always very professional.I am very grateful for her tactful and efficient approach.
She responds promptly to emails and always try her best to help.
I feel now reassured that we have such excellent manager.I would like to praise Marta for dedicating so much of her energy to assist the owners and in keeping the building in outstanding conditions.
She is for sure an asset to Blenheims!

"Take weeks to reply to urgent issues"
Take weeks to reply to urgent issues. Only ever provide quick, temporary solutions to major building issues. Whatever means they can spend as little time as possible providing a service. Will squeeze every penny they can from their annual bill, for what is very much a 1/5 star service.

"Blenheims manage a private estate where …"
Blenheims manage a private estate where I live. Communication is poor to say the least. The company as a whole is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Unjustified price rises with no published accounts to warrant the increase. Emails if you are lucky are acknowledged but not fully answered to the question originally sent. If your private estate appoints Blenheims be very careful. We accepted upon purchasing our property that an estate charge would be payable, although our property is a freehold. This annual rent was provisionally set at £150. An increase of this amount now sees the price rise to almost £250 annually. When we requested accounts to justify the increase and we have not be given sufficient information too which we accept that warrants the increase. (Bearing in mind general maintenance such a grass cutting and weeding throughout the summer was questionable). (Blenheims at this point will point out they only collect money) However, as we agreed to pay a variable rent upon purchasing we are legally required to pay. Seems Blenheims are fully aware of this and exploit it. Additionally, if you want to sell your property Blenheims request £200 so solicitors can have a summery of the properties account and any monies owed. Daylight robbery!

"Avoid like the Plague"
Do not reply to emails. Have to be continually chased to reply to emails and keep you updated on outstanding actions. Send unreasonable requests for payment without detailed receipts and unpublished accounts! Awful Company. If they are to be your new Management Company then run for the hills and avoid like the Plague!
