Sadly I had a problem with one of my Sunflow radiators and have since found out that they have gone into administration ! I emailed the liquidators who gave me details of another company that may be able to assist.After a lot of phone calls was put in touch with a company called Ecosmartheat. They were so helpful in helping resolve my issue.

Sunflow in installed my system in March 2024 did great job good system including Sunamp water heating.
Please can we get some information regarding any warranty repairs etc.
Shame it's come to this how someone steps in and supports or takes them and their staff on.

Webpage back up and working so we can control our radiators again now. We did a lot of research before getting Sunflow radiators and have loved the functionality so hopefully they get bought out or taken over by someone who can continue to sell and support this great product. Note if you are a Sunflow user your negative reviews won’t be helpful in helping the future of Sunflow!

It appears sunflow has gone into liquidation and the app is down. Our heating system was in holiday mode before the app went down and therefore we are unable to control any stat. Please can someone help to understand how we can get around this or if anyone has contact with the administrators and if the app will come back up working again?

We had 3 sunflow heaters installed in 2021 as we are all electric & should have 15 years warranty. Only found out today they have gone into liquidation - have no idea who to contact in relation to this.
Not happy considering the heaters were not cheap

It's confirmed Sunflow Ltd have gone into administration. The contact I've been give is sunflow at quantuma com & already made contact. Quantuma are the insolvency company. They are currently liaising with an app developer in order to get the app up & running again. In the meantime, can anyone help with making the radiators work manually (without the app). Thanks in advance Rob

"Control regained"
What's gone wrong? My heating system is totally uncontrollable! The app no longer works, so the only control I have of my heating (I'm all-electric with Sunflow heaters everywhere) is the little thermostat in each room. I suspect this is the case for anyone who has a Sunflow heater, so there must be thousands of us!
What a shambles!
UPDATE 24th June 2024
App up and running again. Cue a huge sigh of relief. Hope it's stable.
