"Poor Customer/After-Sales Service"
Initially, I was rather impressed with their service, but as soon as you encounter a problem, it's like they don't care anymore.
One of the radiators that they've installed has a defect which they believed was a fault caused by myself, claiming that i had either covered the radiator or removed it of the wall, which i have not.
It took them 5-6 weeks to finally agree to install a replacement cover, but am still waiting for this to be done. They gave me one date which we couldn't do because we weren't at the property. but they didn't have any alternative dates to provide and am still waiting for them to provide me with some new dates. It's been over 2 months now and i can't see this being resolved anytime soon.
I would not recommend!!!

"Polite, efficient service at a reasonable price."
The price was reasonable, the installers arrived on time and were efficient and polite, as had been the original representative who explained everything to me, and who led me to choose Sunflow in the first instance. The work was carried out with the minimum of disruption, and any mess was cleared by the installers.
I had a whole new system put into my flat, and the work was carried out in one and a half days, which I think was very quick, and about which I was very pleased. I had cause to call sunflow, as I had a question. The Customer Service officer was most helpful, and rang me a couple of days later to check if everything was going to plan. So, good service all round.

"Ignore them, no after sales or emergency service"
Guys came in today to remove the 'wet' system and solid state supposed to be going in tomorrow.
However I have had to turn water off as it is pouring thru my smoke detector and about a square meter of wall and some ceiling is sodden .
Company attitude - we didn't put it in so it's nothing to do with us. However they were supposed to leave me with a safe water system for bath,etc.

"Lets go "green" and ditch the gas!"
We had decided to "go green" and get rid of our Gas Central Heating and changeover to fully electric radiators. Sunflow carried out a full survey and listened to what we wanted and what we needed the Radiators and Water Heater to do. The Engineers who removed all of the old gas central heating and installed all the new equipment were polite, very competent and very adaptable (we live in a Victorian terraced house and they had to "adapt" when wiring in the radiators!). The work was all completed in the time quoted and we have had no problems in using the radiators but bear in mind electric radiators do seem to cost more to run. Look forward to the years to come!

"Sunflow were great"
Sunflow were great, within two weeks we had short and informative 1-2-1 with the salesperson who answered all our questions to installation. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and professional. And there was great communication every step of the way. I would highly recommend talking to Sunflow when looking to upgrade your heating system.

"The radiators give out a lot of heat."
The radiators give out a lot of heat and changed my house. I was not expecting them to be so good! They were installed in two hours. I didn't have to wait long for delivery, either.
The customer service was good. They answered my questions and were honest. I would recommend the firm and the radiators to anyone who wants programmable, state-of-the art, electric central heating.

"Thoroughly recommend Sunflow Ltd."
Very good experience from the start. The brochure was extremely helpful and informative, and the designs contemporary. Contact with Sunflow was easy and it was great to have a personal visit to discuss our needs, especially when we live in a fairly inaccessible area. Instructions prior to fitting were clear and the fitting day went incredibly smoothly. The thermostats were well explained by experienced and knowledgeable fitters.
We also received a follow up call, making sure we were satisfied with the fitting. Our new Sunflow heaters look great and are already saving us money as they’re so much more efficient than our old ones. They’re compatible with solar panels too, so we’re future proofing too. Thoroughly recommend Sunflow.

"From survey to installation"
From survey to installation, I couldn't have wished to deal with such an impressive Company and the end result has been remarkable. I had night storage heaters removed & Sunflow radiators fitted in their place & the energy savings have been significant.

"Great company to deal with"
Great company to deal with, and would highly recommend, from an initial telephone call with Cassie who was super helpful and knowledgeable to dealing with the consultant on the day, he was not pushy like some of the others I had seen, he measured up and gave me honest advice rather than try to sell their products.
The installers did a stellar job with installing my radiators and hot water system, and even cleaned up after themselves.
Overall I am really happy with the system, my bills are cheaper, and my house is warmer!
I was hesitant to contact Sunflow initially because of some of the negative reviews, but I am so glad I did because their service and product have been excellent which is why I chose Sunflow,
Before dealing with Sunflow I had dealt with a German company who were really pushy so it was such a relief to deal with a company that were genuinely interested in my needs as opposed to selling me something I didn't need.
I would recommend that before considering other companies look at Sunflow because like me you will find them a breath of fresh air and of course, it's good to be supporting a British company.

"Very dissapointed with overall experiance. "
Very dissapointed with overall experience from Sunflow. Orderered two radiators which did arrive on due date but while small radiator was wrapped in bubblewrap the main radiator came in a box which was damaged so decided to open box to check only to find the it was damaged. Contacted Sunflow and 7/10 days later the replacement arrived. So went to fit rads last night and when opening the bubble wrap from the smaller radiator I found the top grill had been damaged in transit ( same as the main radiator) Fortunately I could still install radiator as it was only top panel that was damaged. When installed I could not get radiators to fire up and spent the next few hrs convincing myself that it was something I was doing wrong, switched them off then on, tried resetting (many times) and just when we were giving up, decided to try replacement batteries.... Soon as the new batteries were fitted.. Boom! Worked no problem in both the radiators. Phone Sunflow to vent my frustration AT EVERYTHING and all I got was 'I'll pass that information on'
Regards the top part that's damaged I've just turned it round so's not to see dent, but the point is I got no satisfactory feedback from Sunflow at point of phone call, just 'I'll pass that information on' Very VERY dissapointed on my overall experience considering I'd spent just short of £3000 on two radiators. 😢
