"Apparently they have gone bust"

Apparently they have gone bust. The product was good but it looks like they were unable to carry on. I was expecting a promised repair/replacement under warranty but when nobody turned up for an appointment I made months before I had to do some digging to find out what was happening. I can only deduct that they have gone out of business no doubt leaving upset customers behind.
Their website has now disappeared.

"Really don’t know what to do"

Really don’t know what to do! I had a heater installed last year that was making the walls and ceiling go back. Sunflow admitted there was a fault and took it away and they said they was going to replace it. The install date was cancelled and no one is responding to emails or phone calls. I don’t have a lot of money and only chose this company because it was Which recommended and had a long guarantee. I now have no heater!!! Please help

"Where is Sunflow"

I have had a long running problem with Sunflow which appeared to be reaching resolution on 21 May with the promised return of one of my radiators.
This did not happen, no call to say they had a delivery problem. Calls to the company over the past few weeks were answered by a message that everyone was busy. Today the message was Sunflow was not taking calls from my location! I asked some family to call from other locations, message was the same.

This is a Company which sold systems with a long guarantee period, this gives rise to the question as to how this is to be honoured apart from the problem of return of my radiator.

"Show us the money!"

Had three new radiators installed in March, living room and hallway were to be the same size, however the hallway is a tiny radiator not up to the job. Contacted them only to find the sales man I dealt with has left, have been going back and forth since march with them, all I wanted was the hall radiator to be replaced with the size I asked for, I've been offered a 4th radiator at a hefty price, a replacement which would be the biggest they have at an even heftier price. Never once actually offered what I want. Seemed more interested in getting as much cash as possible. Now I've come on here and found they no longer exist!! Happy days eh! No idea what to do now!

"Smart, intuitive, efficient and reliable"

We have had the Sunflow system installed for 3 years now (7 radiators) so I think I can give a fair assessment. I can honestly say they are a great investment.

Pros:

1- We have the WiFi system which allows remote control. You do have to pay for the WiFi enabled thermostats but again they’re a fantastic investment. We predominantly use the remote access and found it especially useful for our nursery room.

2- The intelligent system heats the room and shuts down when the room reaches the desired temp. This will undoubtedly save energy in the long run.

3- Customer service is excellent. We had one minor issue with the connection (not the radiator itself) in one radiator which was fixed immediately. They’re always professional and helpful.

Cons:

1- Not much to say. The only issue we found was with the top panels which are just fitted on top, not screwed on. The change in shape of the metal as it heats can cause clanging sounds when you first turn them on in the colder months, but this settles down.
The newer versions may be screwed on so check with Sunflow.

Overall, a very smart and intuitive system, which is easy to operate and keeps your home at the right temperature. I would 100% recommend Sunflow.

"The recent comments on here from…"

The recent comments on here from desperate competitor companies trying to jump in and sell their products under a pretence of “helping out”. Well done, you’ve made yourselves look pathetic and shown any potential customer your true ethics. A small business struggles and is forced to close and this is your reaction, even pretending to be working with the administrators! Not much “Trust” there. We all now know who NOT to use.

"We purchased 6 radiators in October…"

Update. I emailed and one of the Directors responded and we hope to be able to resolve the issue
Director responded and has passed my details to the receiver/administrator who have now contacted me.

Now all resolved hopefully.

We purchased 6 radiators in October last year. Within a couple of days we reported a loud banging noise like a gun shot as the rads heated up and cooled down. They advised it was temporary and to see if it settled down in a few months. In January we contacted them again and they agreed to send someone out. He attended and said not happened anywhere else, but suspected it’s an issue with paint. 1st March some units removed and taken back to head office. 18th May we’re supposed to attend to replace, didn’t arrive, no call to advise, no one answering calls or emails now. Suspect they have shut down.

"Taken deposit and disappeared!! "

Paid deposit was due to be installed this week had email to say installation cancelled with no explanation.
Can not get hold of anyone on phone
Emailed Sales Guy that came out to us and it bounced back,
Emailed customer support no response. Getting increasingly concerned and frustrated as we paid a big deposit not sure what on earth is going on with them - avoid!!!
I can see others on here that are having same issue… ?? It’s very worrying.
If they do respond I will gladly change my review.

"Appalingly bad"

Appalingly bad. I'm supposed to have an installation soon. Nothing from them. No means to contact them (phone apparently always busy). They do not reply to e-mails. The company is a fraud. DO NOT USE!!!

"It does not exist anymore"

I've paid the deposit and been trying to call them to book an installation. I have been trying to contact them since 8 May, no one picked up the phone, no one replied to my emails!

Update 21 May: I posted a complaint letter by signed-for delivery and the letter was delivered. Apparently they still exist and are hiding under the desk!


Update 22 May: I received a letter from the insolvency practitioner who’s responsible for winding up this company. This company is insolvent. If you are owed money by this company, you should respond to the letter by the stated deadline to register your claim.
