"Horrific customer care"

Horrific customer care. Parts arrived broken and absolutely no attempt made to replace it, do not deal with.

Keter elite storage box.
I purchased 2 of these from a local builder merchant. One for cushion storage and one for wheelie bins.
Assembly reasonable straight forward. One had parts missing and I am still awaiting spare parts with only a response of parts are on order. Anyway my rating is not based on the missing parts.
I found the door hinges to be very flimsy and even the display box at builders merchants the hinges were bent. My biggest disappointment is that if you if you use the clips and chain to open your wheelie bin lids the box lid will not stay open , even with one chain in use if it is a bit windy the box lid will close down probably onto my head!!!!
As this is an expensive item I was expecting a better outcome.

I recently purchased a Keter store it out mak she’d direct from Keter, whilst putting it together I made a mistake and damaged a door and hinge. I contacted Keter and they couldn’t have been any more helpful, they replaced the damaged parts free of charge and even payed for shipping I was dealt with by Avital Waintrov who kept me updated and arranged for the parts to be delivered. The customer service was fantastic.

"Keter Cortina 11 x 7"

We bought a Keter Cortina 11 x 7 shed.
Pleased with how it turned out after putting it up.
Had an issue with a couple of side panels being damaged in the recent storm and Keter sent us two out gratis, so thanks to them for great customer service.

"Disappointed in the long term."

After our trusty 18 year old 4x6 timber shed had came to the end of its life, we were after another that would be maintenance free. We saw the Ketter Darwin 4x6 shed at local B&Q and really liked the design, it cost slightly more than a new timber shed but we thought it would be worth the money as we wouldn't have to paint it every year. Shed was pretty easy to build and we had it all up within 3hrs, looked really nice and we were really happy with it. Fast forward, we're just coming upto 4 years of ownership and to our dismay 2 of the corner wall panels have split wide open on the folding points. So in summary we wish we'd brought another timber shed, but hopefully this will make others aware that these sheds definately won't outlast original timber versions when looked after and treated properly.
