"Purchased a keter store it out 1200 max…headache !"
Purchased a keter store it out 1200 max from argos on 5/ 9 /2024 , started to assemble it and found the bracing bar for the rear panel was kinked and i had to straighten it to continue , on assembling the item i found one of the door's was scraping the base when opening and closing despite being on perfectly level slabs , the cause was the side panels are so flimsy the weight of the door was pulling the side in , so i had to make a bracing bar to put between the two sides , shouldn't have to do this on a £140 item , tried to contact them but they ask for so much information from you of which i could not supply , therfore the email cannot be sent , probably to deter complaints , all in all they need to add more metal structure to these things to make them more sturdier , my advice is to look for something better than a ketter , shouldn't be to difficult.

I ordered my shed from Argos no problems there unfortunately no instructions included with the shed, I found some on line but these were in such an order that even when following them we ended up removing one particular part 5 times to add in strengthening bars resulting in taking hours longer than expected to complete, shed looks great when completed but be warned having to use the online instructions a real pain Please Keter include instructions it was so frustrating

I recently purchased a keter shed from jdWilliams. It had a door panel missing. They told me there were NO door panels available. They obviously didn’t try the manufacturer for the part !
I phoned Keter direct and they were very helpful indeed. They sent out the missing door panel which I received within the week.
The Customer service team were very pleasant, polite and helpful. I couldn’t have wished for a better service.
My shed is now complete.

Ca fait quatre moi que j essaie d avoir une charnière de porte pour mon armoire !!!! impossible sur le site , impossible en magasin malgré la bonne volonté du vendeur .keter pièces détachées...... c est compliqué

After complaining about the cushions that were supplied, I fully expected to fobbed off. Far from it. Our customer service agent was called Tracey Bell. She took our complaint very seriously and gave us a good explanation of the problem with a sincere apology. Furthermore she then exceeded all my expectations with an extremely generous offer of cash or additional seating set. I was absolutely amazed and very happy with the outcome. I only had to make one phone call about a problem and it was resolved almost immediately. The lady I spoke to was very understanding and even her emails to me were very sympathetic. Within less than half an hour my replacement goods were being packed and awaiting delivery. Very well organised and extremely effecient.

Submitted a warranty claim and received a reply from customer services (Avital) within a few hours. The customer service provided was above and beyond my highest expectations, would highly recommend!
