Thanks to Tracy B @ Keter aftersales for the positive outcome and restoring some faith in Keter's reputation which was solid in the past.

I reported a leaking roof on my Keter product. Made a request for parts which was accepted. Over 7 months later still waiting for the parts to be in stock / delivered. This is unreasonable and would urge potential buyers to be aware of this. This was for a Keter Grand Store Outdoor unit.

My Max store was damaged in the strong winds we had last week. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and sent me a list of what I needed to do. Within days Dana had sorted out what I needed and dispatched the items. Very helpful, very professional and a thoroughly good service.

Enquired about a replacement piston hinge but without the receipt or proof of purchase I was not hopeful but Dana was brilliant, very professional and helpful with immediate responses and agreed to issue the spare part as a gesture of good will. You can’t ask for better than that.
