Von beiden Gartensesselln Troy sind nach viermonatiger sachgemäßer gelegentlicher Nutzung über die Sommermonate die Sitzflächen gebrochen. maximale Belastung warenb70-80 kg, vom Hersteller sind 158 kg angegeben! Die Sessel standen im Herbst und Winter im Schuppen. Gesetzliche Garantie von 2 Jahren ist gerade abgelaufen, so ärgerlich! Eine komplette Enttäuschung über derartig minderwertige Qualität!

"Don't waste your money "
Use 3 of their products, all warp after a couple of months, and bad quality/design mine poppes open every time I use. The only positive thing is because the plastic panels are very flimsy. You can rebuild it that takes a lot of time and you have to empty everything that's inside. Also had one of the items with missing parts in the box after an hour of building it. Support have been unhelpful and accused us of loosing the part. Luckily after fully dismantling it I had it returned to b&q

Purchased a Keter 4 x 4 shed roof edge didn’t fit together and another part cracked, filled in a form with this information over a week ago had no reply or spare parts sent.

"Replacement hinges Bought a twin bin holder couple of…"
Bought a twin bin holder couple of years ago and the lid kept closing with a slight wind. Keter promptly supplied 2 replacement hinges and easy to replace and as a result, lid will stay open in gust like today. Brilliant customer service and these bins are a very neat and tidy way to store council bins.

"Missing screws "
Received storage bench with pack of screws missing.phoned customer service only to be told an email would be sent. Tried uploading receipt but wouldn't upload. Phoned customer service back only to be told they couldn't place order for missing part. Another email sent to me. Been going around in circles all morning. All I want is a pack of screws. Shocking customer service. Will never use again or recommend.

Unfortunately our shed got damaged in bad weather and we lost the lid.
I contacted customer services to see if I could buy a replacement.
I shared some pictures of the damage and confirmed what was needed.
As a goodwill gesture they are sending a replacement for us which was not expected.
Hila was really helpful and offered a great service.

Updated 17th September Apparently now an issue with Royal Mail collecting parcel from them! New parcel being dispatched... wait to see if it arrives

Part still not arrived, apparently dispatched with no tracking! Need to wait nearly 3 weeks before they will look into it..... no bad only waited 6 months to get it dispatched!!!!!
Updated 23/8... Keter contact after this review, suprise suprise its now in stock (wasn't 2 hrs prior when i called) and being sent out. Shouldn't have had to do a negative review to get any action.
Shed hinge broken after a few months, Keter agreed to replace.... 5 months later still waiting for the part and no clue when it will arrive.
Don't get anywhere when i call or email, i,m just told no part available

"My wife ordered and paid for the shed…"
My wife ordered and paid for the shed on the 27th of July, money went from bank account on the 30th of July. Nothing since, I called them today 21st of August. After using their on-line contact email service, which was next to useless. They even emailed back asking a question, using a no reply email. Call center operator apologised and blamed the courier company. Promised a call back in the afternoon. Nothing. Totally useless but very good at confirming the order and taking the money.
