"Appalling customer service"
I bought a Westwood storage box from Amazon. It arrived promptly but the bag of fixings including the hinges was missing.Rather than go through all the hassle of returning a very large box, I asked Keter for the bag of fixings they should have supplied. Although the person I spoke to was helpful, I got an email back asking for part numbers etc. I told the company in an email that they were told exactly what was missing and then I got an email stating the parts were out of stock. I have now received an email from Keter to tell me to return the box to Amazon for a refund. This is the sum total of customer support. It looks like other customers have had similarly bad experiences. It is obvious that they care nothing for customers so I will source another box from a supplier with a different attitude to customers. I recommend giving this company a miss.

A very helpful lady called Tracy contacted me and did her utmost to resolve the issue.
My confidence in Keter has been restored.

"Representative came back promptly to…"
Representative came back promptly to the initial and subsequent emails. Had to send the copy receipt in a separate email, which didn't get to the Rep and instead kept generating Case Nos. A quick call to Customer Services ironed this out. Thereafter, the replacements panels were shipped and arrived two days later.

"Appalling service and delivery"
Appalling customer service and delivery. No choice of delivery date. Took day off work no contact from customer services had to continually chase them finally delivered at 9.45pm! In the dark and left on the drive. Worse company and delivery service ever experienced will make sure it reaches as many platforms as possible to warn people not to use unless wanting an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience!

Some parts broke down (from old age and Years of direct sunlight. Told Keter and they said they'd send replacements. 3 days later, the parts arrived. I'm very pleased and surprised that there's no request for payment. Fantastic customer service

"I'm having a terrible issue getting my shed delivered "
I'm having a terrible issue getting my shed delivered. I ordered 24th July and I still haven't received it. The courier tried to call me on the 29th to arrange delivery, unfortunately I couldn't take call. I have tried to call several times but the line just transfers you to a mailbox that is full and then the call drops out. I called Keter customer service Friday 9th august to try and sort the issue, I was informed I would need to speak to the courier. I explained I couldn't get in touch and she said she'd email them and ask them to contact me that day. I waited for the call but didn't receive it. Unfortunately I missed a call again yesterday (13th Aug) from the courier as I was in a meeting and unable to answer, again I was left a message to call back and arrange delivery, which I did, and lo and behold I get the full mailbox message again and the call drops out. So I guess its back to customer service at Keter. I can't believe the courier has only tried to contact me twice since I placed my order! Hopefully I'll receive the shed soon

I placed an order online on the 7th of August and the delivery date online while placing the order showed 14/15th of August. I received a confirmation email saying that the courier company will get in touch with me. I went ahead and quickly got the garden ready for the shed. I did not receive any intimation for the courier and do not know what company it was so called Keter CSR on 0121 506 0008 she asked me if I had got in you with the the delivery team to schedule a delivery. I was surprised as the email said that they would get in touch with me and not the other way around. I told her that the delivery date showed online when I bought the shed said 14/15th Aug. She gave me a Keter delivery team number 01604 918141. I called this number over 25 times but it just goes to voicemail which is also full and then just drops the call. However I followed up with the CSR team on the first number again and the new CSR asked me the same question and gave me the same response. After explaining the situation again. I was told that she would write an email to the delivery company asking them to call me. They called me after 5 hours to tell me that my shed would be delivered on the 20th of Aug. WOW now I have to wait 6 more days for something I bought from Keter that showed a delivery date of 14/15th Aug. this is completely unacceptable and has caused a massive inconvenience to us as we had other plans based in the original delivery dates.

"Proper personal customer service."
I was able to speak to a customer service advisor. He was most helpful. Evan called me back after I went to measure my shed in an effort to establish which model I have. I needed a replacement latch and am happily now awaiting it's delivery.Also it's not going to cost me anything, it's a complimentary replacement . Good service Keto, thank you !

Excellent service from Keter customer service. Issue completely resolved in 1 day. Its a pity more companies / buisiness are not as good as Keter. I take my hat off
