Keter have the worst customer service ever. I bought a storage unit from Argos, and one of the hydraulic arms was defective. I called them and at first everything seemed normal and friendly. After that I recieved a generic email stating that part was on 'back order'. I have since tried to email them 3 times and got no response. It's now been 2 months of having this defective product that cost nearly £400. Do not think that buying into a brand name is worthwhile. Save your money and get an alternative.

The order acknowledgement emails have stopped but Keter has advised the item I ordered is not in stock until 14th September. I placed the order on the 15th August, but was given no indication it would take 4 weeks until today.
They offered a refund and asked me to email my bank details. I asked them to refund by the original payment method. (card) I would not recommend sending you full bank details to any company, never mind this one.
While the escalation lady has been kind and attentive. I feel the company needs to take a hard look at itself. It's all been a complete waste of time.
Please be wary if using this company. I placed an order on Thursday 15th Aug. I received an order acknowledgement email every 6 minutes thereafter, so after a couple of hours of this I rang them. The man said “oh no! Not again” and that he’d get the right department to sort it.
When the emails were still coming more than 24 hours later, I emailed Customer Service. They duly replied saying “bear with us”
We are now more than 72 hours on and I don’t know if they plan to fulfil my order. I have no updates other than the 750+ acknowledgment emails they continue to send. I seriously doubt their IT competency and therefore am concerned about the security of my personal information.
Please proceed with caution. I see from reviews that I am not the only person affected.

"Excellent customer experience"
I was delighted by the customer service I experienced from Keter. Upon going to erect our storage bin, we noticed one of the doors had broken in transit. However I was unable to provide proof of purchase, somehow managing to mislay the receipt. Despite this they offered to supply the part as a gesture of good will and even paid for the postage! I would certainly recommend the company in the future. Big shout out for Evan - thank you!

I have received over 70 confirmation emails for my order. I rang the customer services team and and they just said "yeah, we're aware of that, sorry".

Watch out for the offers they send. I put a shed up for my dad and was very impressed. I ordered one for myself and they offered 15percent off to me. It wasn't the same as my dad's,it was the prototype of his .very poor mouldings,I had to cut the square holes out where it should just click together.sides not flat either. I emailed to say I wasn't happy and got the generic sorry email.. No denial,just offered to replace the broken parts IF they were in stock. As I said to them- no broken parts ,just very poor quality

I placed an order - and received an acknowledgement... and then another... and then another.... Keter kept sending me the same email every six minutes - flooding my inbox. Their phones closed at 4 pm so I sent them a message on their website - received an acknowledgement - but NO ONE dealt with the problem. Twenty four hours later the wretched emails were still landing in my inbox. I think I will cancel the order as the service so far as been non-existent .... but I wonder how long it will take for them to refund me my money? If ever? I certainly would not use this firm again but will stick to B&Q.
Several days later...... I had placed the order on Thursday. On Monday the spam emails were still arriving. On the website the contact details gives a phone number that is available 08:00 - 16:00. I tried ringing at 08:00... however, it seems that no one turns up until 09:00 as I kept going through the various routes only to be cut off. Even when I got into a 'genuine' queue after 9 and gradually moved up from seventh in the queue I was cut off and had to start again. Eventually I spoke to a real person. She apologised. I asked to cancel my order. She assured me the order was cancelled and no money would be charged to my credit card. Whilst I had been trying to get through I had used the online form to cancel the order - belt and braces. On Thursday morning I awoke to find an email and text message from Keter saying that my order would be delivered between 08:00 and 18:00 that very same day... and yes, you've guessed it, they had charged the full amount to my credit card. I have sent them another on line form (which I expect to be ignored as usual) and once the phone line REALLY opens at 09:00 (yet again no one answering at 08:00 or 08:30) I will ask for my money back. I will also contact my credit card company to tell them of the unauthorised charge to my card.
How a company can make so many mistakes on one order is incredible. A true grading for this experience would be MINUS four stars.

"Item arrived damaged, company reluctant to collect it and issue refund!"
Item arrived damaged, (looked like it had been dropped off the back of the lorry), packaged fully back up as never even took it out of the box, informed customer services of the issue and initially requested a replacement... 8 days later and after chasing many times, it has still not been collected. Now demanded a full refund and will take my service elsewhere. I'm still awaiting collection and a refund.
You already have all details about this faulty item, I've been emailing your company all week! Case Number 01195877.
Could you please confirm when I will receive my refund for this damage item, as it has now been collected by your courier company?

"Broken hinge on storage bin "
Fantastic company to deal with the hinge on my storage bin broke and despite the fact the warranty had exy and I had no receipt they sourced the part and sent it as a good will gesture would not hesitate to recommend the company or the excellent customer service.

"Falta de profesionalidad y atención a los clientes."
Compré un arcón de terraza (modelo comfy) y en vez de comprarlo en tiendas como Amazon, decidí comprarlo directamente al vendedor.
Mala decisión, ya que no hubo nada de seriedad en el envío ni en las comunicaciones conmigo.
En primer lugar, ellos dicen en su página web que la entrega es de 48h a 5 días laborales, cuando realmente es de 7 a 9 días laborales. Lo compré el 19 de julio y el 29 supuestamente me iba a llegar a casa pero, hasta el 31 no obtuve noticias de ellos.
En segundo lugar, cuando llega el repartidor a mi casa, yo no me encontraba en ella y le pedí que me lo entregara al día siguiente (martes). El jueves, le llamo porque no lo había recibido y me dice que desde la empresa le comunicaron que lo devolviera. Seguidamente, me pongo en contacto con atención al cliente, que dice no saber nada. Tras horas después, recibo un reembolso y les vuelvo a llamar, para recibir el desconcierto de la chica de atención al cliente, que no entendía que estaba pasando y que me dice que elevará el asunto a sus superiores. A continuación, recibo un email diciéndome que el transportista rechazó la entrega porque se rompió y que por eso no me había llegado, que lo comprara otra vez. Les digo que estoy interesada en el producto, pero que me parece poco profesional no tener casi nada de información del estado de mi pedido y que tengo que ir yo detrás. Que entendía que a veces ocurrían inconvenientes y que lo volvía a comprar si me ofrecían una garantía.
¿Su respuesta? disculpa por los inconvenientes.
Ninguna explicación ni nada que me haga confiar en esta tienda. Una verdadera lástima porque pensaba amueblar mi terraza con ellos.
