I would like to update this review because I have been contacted by the aftersales consultant Jack and he was marvellous. I can't praise him enough, he has picked up my complaint and has resolved it totally. He has come up with a great solution to the problem and has acted in a very professional and sensible manner. "They can’t be bothered!"
Instructions say to contact Keter if a part is missing, and not to go back to store, which I did. They then told me it was discontinued, which it isn’t and I’ve just to find one on eBay!

"Replacement Part"
Was having trouble getting through to keters parts department to try and source a replacement for a damaged part. Tracey Bell from Customer Services / Parts department reached out in a matter of days and was able to source and send out the exact part I needed. Excellent service received, and now have increased confidence in purchasing more products for the Keter range.

I waited 26 minutes on the phone. The representative did not apologise for the wait and then put the phone down when I asked for an item specification.

"Broken item and after care"
Update— nearly three months and they have not sent the part and now ignore my emails. Paid £159 for two chairs and only have one . Terrible service . Purchase a set of two chairs from a retailer and on arrival one was damaged.I used the Keter support line as advised and they said they would send a replacement for the broken part. Two weeks on and the part is out of stock so I have paid for two chairs and only have one I can put together.
I would have returned it if Keter had said they would not be able to send the part . I can’t now as I built the other chair.
I have asked keter to confirm when the part will arrive or refund for half the order. I will update the review on reply .

Wrote a review about keter shed, and how small it was considering it says on box 6x4 but what u really get is a 3.6 shed but keter don't seem to think it is wrong would not purchase from these again

"Free parts for old shed."
I have a four year old Keter Manor 8 X 6 Shed and it's been great, no leaks and no damp. One of the parts at the bottom of the door broke. Contacted Keter who emailed a parts list and I told them which part I needed and asked how to pay for it. They sent the part (and a spare for the other side of the door just in case) with no charge for the item or delivery. Brilliant - an even happier customer.

"Keter Garden Suite"
Purchased a Keter garden suite only to discover one of the chairs was defective. Was initially happy when I was told a spare part would be sent to me. I have now been waiting 9 months for a part, and was told yesterday when I called them that the part is still on order and they will not let me know when in stock and my complaint is closed. Apparently I have to call them to check. Gave one star as could not give zero. Appalling customer service and as it turns out cheaply made goods.
