"will it be delivered ?"
I had a negative experience with another UK Midlands based company where I had to cancel the order during November. Their 'ethical' delivery company gave a tracking date and time slot which we waited all day for. Altho I'm 'once bitten twice shy' about pallet deliveries, Jorvick's delivery partners kept their delivery time, even with the Xmas rush, weather and traffic delays.

"Our visit"
Our visit, on 30th August, to your showroom was pleasant and as a result we ordered and paid for a trike for my husband. We were given a delivery date of the end of October. That date came and went as did others.
Today we have received an email stating that the trike will be delivered during the first week of January. We can only hope that it will happen.
I feel sorry for my husband. He will be 88 in January and does not have good health. He was excited at the prospect of improving his mobility but waiting an extra four months has been really detrimental to him. I can't imagine that starting to ride the trike during the coldest months of the year will be very easy for him.
I understand that the delay was due to world wide distribution problems so not a fault of Jorvik trikes.
As promised, the trike has now arrived. Hopefully when the weather improves my husband will be able to enjoy using it to give him some freedom.

Really good advice based on what I wanted/needed a trike for. I couldn’t get to the show room to try a trike so just looked at other people’s experiences on buy/riding a trike so took the plunge and bought one. I love it, it has given me so much freedom already
