Product seems like great quality and heavy duty material but haven’t had to use it yet. It was delivered on time. Made a great Cmas gift for everyone in the family to have for their kitchens, near the grill or in their cars.

Online ordering was easy, items came very quickly. I only wish a hook was included as I do not know if a command hook would be sufficient to hold the blanket and the pressure needed to pull it down if necessary. More information included on the type of hook would be helpful especially if you wanted to place the blanket on the back of a cupboard door.

The fire spray aerosol can fell off the counter and broke the plastic spray handle. I requested a new handle be sent but Prepared Hero sent me a new complete Fire Spray kit! So impressed with the high quality of their customer service -- they really stand behind their products!
