On Dec 12th I ordered and paid for 8 fire blankets. I received a confirmation that day and have never heard from them again. Their published phone number does not work, they have not responded to several emails.

Update: My bank initiated a Visa dispute. Not sure if it was a result of the dispute or just coincidental, but I finally received a FULL refund to my Visa on Jan. 24.

"Heads up on itchiness"

Received order as stated. It would’ve been nice to have a note telling us not to open the blanket until needed because the fiberglass sheds and is itchy.

You respond when I asked about the status of my order and said I would get it by the 24th of December. I got it early on the 24th, thanks because they were Christmas presents for my family. They all were very happy because I was being prevented. Thank you for your promptly timing.

My order took forever to arrive but it came 2 days before Christmas so I could give my sons part of their Christmas gift.....hopefully we will never have the need to use them, but if we should we are prepared!!!

Have one to each of our children at Christmas. Hopefully they won't have to use it. But, it's better to have and not need then to not have it when needed.
