Why was my experience great? We'll to start off I received 8 of my 12 fire blankets quickly. Waited to see if the other 4 arrive. Giving an additional 3 business days, I got worried and reached out via email with screenshots of my order. They shipped the additional 4 blankets I was missing and I received them promptly as well. They were quick with communication and provided tracking numbers to keep watch of my orders. Very polite and wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend and I will be ordering from them again.
