We had a problem with our order, and Customer Service solved it quickly and with friendliness. I wish every Customer Service experience with other businesses was as "5-star" as this one!

I ordered 8 blankets, and thought I ordered 8 hooks, only got 4 blankets and 1 hook. It was my mistake not getting 8 hooks, but when I finally got ahold of someone and explained i had only recieved 1 box of 4 blankets, I received the rest of my order within days.

I placed an order for 6 fire blankets on November 30th, at which point $180 was promptly withdrawn from my bank account. I then received an email on Dec 1st stating that "Your Order is Almost Ready!" with no reference to an order number or link to check order status so this is clearly an auto email. Then silence till Dec. 9th, when I reached out to CS for an update to which I was told they were experiencing "unprecedented high demand" and told to check the "Order Status" for the most current info... as of today, December 13th, my order is still not ready.

Pretty sure this is a scam and I'm out my $180. Protect yourself, don't order from this site.
