"After 2 years, I can't imagine my business without OD"

I've been working with my doer Dorothy for 2 years. She has taken so much off of my plate and helped my team delegate repetitive virtual tasks to allow them us focus more on strategy and in person tasks. We use her heavily for administrative tasks and moderately for marketing tasks. She has an incredible attitude, always sending me positive quotes each day. She is always ready to promptly begin her next task. She is thorough, thoughtful and self-motivated. I honestly can't imagine my business without her now.

I have used the services of Outsourced Doers for 18 months and cannot say enough about the doer/VA that I was matched with. We are a full service marketing agency and my doer is actually more of a marketing specialist and an integral part of our team rather than "just a VA". Charieti is amazing and I am thankful for her role in our company.

"Unethical and horrible customer service "

Horrible customer service once you give them your money! Great sales pitch that did not deliver and created more stress , loss of revenue! ( they haven’t issued any refund.)

Business owners :you so not get to pick your doer. They assign you a doer, and you don’t get ANY information about the past experience/ you don’t get to vet them.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience and they are refusing to give me a refund. Raquel sold me that the Doers are well trained and will jump in and make your life easier.

The doer they assigned me couldn’t listen to basic instructions and did not communicate what she did through her 8 hour shift!
She had specific instructions to watch training videos and take notes /ask questions. Did she do this? No notes/no questions! Really? Then I assigned her to watch training videos on my practice management software. I put this in writing, did she do it? No! Complete disaster.


Furthermore, as this was happening I emailed management and they were very slow to respond. It was obvious that once they had my money, my experience as their client didn’t matter. Their solution was to give me another doer in 3 weeks. I requested a refund. They said that there is a long process to give me a refund and that I wouldn’t get my 4,500 back because it cost them money to train this person! Completely unethical!

"For the price---Doer's are NOT trained"

For the price---Doer's are NOT trained. The coaches are good, and the Doers are nice, but they are NOT consistently trained. The sales office has constant turnover and they were nice, but not helpful in getting to the hear of the issues. One Doer contacted me on the side and asked me to pay her more, the other set up my email automation incorrectly TWICE due to a gap in training (although he said he knew how to work the platform). The portal is very cumbersome and basic.

Honestly, was a little hesitant, but the service has met and exceeded expectations. The Doers are well trained from the start and jump in with excitement. Highly recommend for anyone considering it. Its worth the investment and how it has freed up my other time.

Jonathan is wonderful to work with. When I assign him with a task he is always on it right away. I appreciate his attentiveness and responsiveness. While there are sometimes miscommunication issues he always asks for clarification and ways to improve. Its been a year working with Jonathan now and I have very much enjoyed this experience thus far!

They didn't even show up to the first call on time. They called me 15 minutes late after the video tells people that if they no show on them they will never be able to schedule another meeting. No thank you! You can't even show up to your first meeting on time. Awful!
