"1.5 Months delay... "

I cannot comment on the quality of the products, but my order placed at the beginning of April with an estimated shipping date of 19 April just got delayed by a month and a half... I had to find this by emailing customer support, they couldn't even be bothered to inform me prior.
This is for an existing product, not a new one...

LE: They did make a decent discount. I would have rather had my order and not screw my schedule, but at least they did something. Will see if the new date is actually kept.

Although this experience followed a previous hiccup with a standing desk, I now recognize FlexiSpot's commitment to customer satisfaction. While my journey began with frustration, their proactive efforts and genuine concern for my satisfaction have completely shifted my perspective.

I ordered the BS3 chair while it was backordered and therefore it took longer than expected to arrive. When asking customer service the status of the order and if they could refund the difference in price owing to a price change during the time taken to deliver the order, Jimson happily informed me of the order status and refunded the difference once I had the chair delivered. I would happily order again.

After purchase the desk arrived very quickly. Unfortunately it had been dropped by the delivery company which had in turn scraped a desk column.
Put the desk together very easily and everything worked fine so didn't request replacement.
After a couple of emails with the Customer team to explain damage and check warranty
they provided a partial refund, which was very kind
All in all a great service.
