"Great Customer Support and Quality Products"

I had an issue with the desk I ordered—it didn’t fit my setup the way I expected. I was worried the return process would be a hassle, but the Flexispot team made it easy. They were super responsive and helpful, guiding me step by step and ensuring I got a full refund.

I ordered a replacement desk, which arrived quickly, and I’m really happy with it. The quality is fantastic, and it fits perfectly.

"Excellent equipment and Customer Support!"

The desk is exactly what I needed and it arrived within 2 days, which is quite impressive.

When submitting my order, I forgot to add the 10% discount code. I asked customer support if they could still apply the available discount to my order. They were very efficient and understanding and sent me the 10% back.

"Great at resolving issues, excellent customer service"

I purchased a chair which was very high quality however the lumbar support was static and did not support my back properly, it may work for others. Flexispot customer service was amazing at providing me with a refund and I am extremely happy with the service received. I would purchase from this company again. The chair was lovely...aside from the lubar support positioning on me, shame really! Would recommend this company 10/10

"E5 amazing"

Ordered the E5 model with black walnut top along with a bunch of accessories. Only took a few days to arrive. Absolutely amazed with the quality. Super sturdy and really easy to put together. Would not hesitate to buy again and I’m sure I’ll be purchasing some more from Flexispot. All the YouTube reviews of this company are clearly legit

"It took a bit but I'm very happy with the product received"

I ordered an E5 desk from them on the 2nd of December. After the desk base had not been shipped for a week, I contacted their support team. After a couple of emails, they told me that the item wasn't in stock and that I had to wait until mid-January for it to be dispatched, even though their website says.
I was offered compensation for the delay, but I have not received an acknowledgement that they will fix their website.
I needed the desk urgently so I cancelled the order and bought an in-stock model because customer support guaranteed it would arrive before Christmas.
It's now after Christmas and I haven't even received a tracking number for an order I placed on December 11th.
After I wrote the initial review, FlexiSpot contacted me to inform me that there had been a system failure, the desk had been shipped, and they provided me with a tracking number, apologized for the experience and offered compensation for the delay.
I received the desk on the 7th of January 2025 it's a really sturdy desk and was easy to set up within an hour alone. I'm pleased that the desk now found its way to me and the quality of the product.

"Horrific experience. No customer support at all"

Had a really really bad experience. I ordered a chair on 1Dec, with promised delivery by 6th Dec, 2024. Today is 16th december, there is no update, what so ever. Reaching out to their call centre is a big pain, no one will pick the call for 30 mins and customer service will just ask to keep waiting. No support from their side, left with no choice to ask Amex for help.

"Deceptive practices - beware"

I bought an E5 desk. When I unpacked it, there was an obvious fault in the tabletop - an unsightly black vertical mark running across the front edge.

I emailed Flexispot with a picture of the fault, and received a response that said (and I quote):

"We would like to inform you that according to our QA team, this line is not considered a defect on the tabletop as all of our tabletops have this line, which we call a connection lap line."

Needless to say, the pictures on their website do not show such a "design feature", but are pristine. There is no reference on its website, or on any third party website, to a "connection lap line". If this was a physical shop and someone was to see such a line, they'd not go anywhere near it. So something was clearly amiss...

I called their customer care (in a thankfully recorded conversation, which thanks for Article 15(3) GDPR should now be on its way to me), and it turns out the entire batch of desk tops received in its Northampton warehouse had this fault. The agent refused to call it a fault, but eventually (in somewhat broken English) admitted that that this is not intentional. However, he said he could not guarantee the any replacement top wouldn't have the same damage, as it affected the whole batch. I am very glad this was a recorded call.

So in effect, FlexiSpot: (i) put on the market a product it knew to be defective; (ii) dishonestly claimed the black mark is not a fault, but a feature; and (iii) refused to replace it with an undamaged item. And people wonder why Chinese companies are so disliked.

"Very good E1experience"

I bought the E1, the cheapest of the automatic standing desks because I needed it to fit into a smaller space and the information suggested the legs would fit a desk top 1 m wide whereas the more powerful legs indicate minimum widths of 120 cm. In fact, the E1 leg supports would fit a desk as small as about 85 cm wide. The two stage motor easily lifts my homemade desk, my monitor and computer. I spent a little extra to get the controller with memory buttons and its well worth the money. Legs arrived very promptly and only took a couple of hours to assemble and attach to my desk top. Overall money well spent.
