Avoid this company as they sponsored a YouTuber called “Macmaster” this guy clickbaited fake cancer scares to boost views amongst other nonsense such as EV’s giving you radiation poisoning. As someone who has been affected by the pain of cancer to see this person behave in this manner is disgusting. Companies which sponsor him have no morals

"Appalling Customer Service and Bot Reviews - BEWARE!"

I ordered a desk from these guys after briefly looking at Trustpilot (but I should have paid more attention as a lot of these reviews are from bots! Their negative Facebook reviews are worth readinf) and they sent me the wrong tabletop. Within minutes of opening the box I reached out and have had nothing but trouble from them since.

I got several emails that were just cut-and-paste, asking for the same information that I'd already provided.

When I re-submitted the information again, I got told that I'd have to wait 5-7 days (as opposed to the 3-4 days of the original delivery) and that they wouldn't deliver on weekends, meaning it was more than likely actually going to take 10 days. Meanwhile, they were prepared to PICK UP the desk they'd given to me as soon as Monday.

After failing to get satisfactory answers through email, I called customer service only to have the person on the other end just repear a script to me, instead of dealing with the problem.

I will probably send the whole desk back at this rate. When you spend so much on something (and the desks are on the very expensive end) you expect better customer service.

Quality products and good customer service.

I got a stand up desk set up ( motor legs and desk top) I also added on anti fatigue mat, drawers and a plug socket accessories.

Everything was a reasonable price for the quality and I am using the desk now. The mat and the drawers didn't fit my needs and the customer service team was quick and helpful with that.

Only dropped a star because all the parts arrived at different times, some several weeks apart. This was an inconvenience to me personally as I couldn't build the full set up in a day and had boxes laying around waiting for awhile before I had all my parts to put it all together.

Overall I would recommend Flexispot!

We have two FlexiSpot tables and various accessories. They are very well made, high quality and versatile.

I bought a chair, which was beautifully made, very solid etc, but did not fit my stature. I arranged a return, which was easy. Flexispot customer service supported every step of the way without any issues.

Highly recommended. If you are thinking about buying from them, definitely go ahead!

Flexispot support and service is incredible. I am yet to receive my desk, but they were incredible in helping me get my desk on the way after a minor issue. 10/10 support and I am sure the desk will be high quality when it arrives!

"Not reliable with their stock - better to avoid if you need the table in less than a month"

I purchased an E7 with a 160x80cm Maple desktop on 09/07/2024. Even today, 23 July, they do not have the desktop in stock. The website does not indicate that it is out of stock, and my order (3172121) from the 9th still shows an estimated delivery date of the 22nd. Even today, the 23rd, their estimation is in the past, without any updates.

My rating is about the company itself (having stock of desktops when you sell tables is a basic responsibility for any serious company), since I cannot judge the product quality. It is also very important to be a client of reliable companies because time is crucial when you need a desk to work. It is 2 stars instead of 1 because, upon contacting them 5 times, they offered a (not very generous) partial refund of £10. This shows they do want the client not to be very unhappy, but of course, £10 is too little to have any major effect. It only makes you a little less impatient if you really need the table when you bought it, not 4 weeks later.
