I ordered the E5 desk alongside some desk addons. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the desk is great!

I had an issue with the computer mount fit being short few millimeter in width. The customer support team replied fast and were very friendly. They looked after the issue and arranged a refund of the component.

Overall, very satisfied with the experience and I would recommend them.

I have had a standing desk frame for 3 years and recently the button to raise the desk seemed to have stopped working. I contacted flexispot to ask for advice and received a response within a day with a suggestion of how to fix the issue. The suggestion worked and I now have a fully working desk again, great after sales service!

I'm a return buyer at FlexiSpot having bought a few of their products and the quality / instructions / value for money is fantastic. I've got 2x standing desks from them over the years (one is 4 years old now and still functioning like a charm). On my most recent purchase I wasn't entirely happy with the worktop colour that was shipped to me so I escalated this with their support team after it arrived and they kindly swapped it to a different one for me and shipped it out very quickly. Overall I'm very impressed and won't hesitate to use FlexiSpot again for my next office furniture purchase.

There are many good things to say about this company. Firstly, the ease of getting product information considerably helps you make an informed decision before purchasing.

Secondly, the quality of their products - in terms of quality of construction as well as comfort - is very high. As I WFH, my chair has seen a lot of use in the year I've owned it.

Thirdly, when things go wrong (which they have for me), the company has responded promptly, positively and proactively, meaning that a replacement part was ordered for me within the space of a couple of hours (via email, so the timeframe is acceptable to me).

I am very, very happy with Flexispot and will consider them for future chair purchases and perhaps for a new desk when I look to upgrade.

I wouldn't bother. Tried to buy from. This company using one of their discount days but instead of helping me to buy the product I wanted with a discount they just ignored the requests and spouted the same thing over and over again. Then when the issue was escalated they dismissed the issue and have never responded again.

If this is how their sales is I dread to think what having an issue with your item is like.

EDIT - You look forward to my participation in future events? What part of "awful sales support" and a 1 star review makes you think I would ever order from your company? I'll go to Secretlabs who honour their discounts and don't hide them behind "limited" amount of discounts.
