I cannot tell you how poor the customer service for this company is. First they accepted an order for a product that is out of stock for two months. But didn’t tell us until I enquired (and even then, it took 5 phone calls and multiple emails to extract that information about why my desk hadn’t shipped). Then it arrived with a bashed and broken desktop which had to go back. Another two months for a replacement for that apparently. And now when we actually set up the frame….. the motors broken so it doesn’t actually move up or down…… it’s seriously great. 5 stars. Just kidding…. You have to work hard as a company to be this bad.

The desk and chair are perfect. They were easy to put together, although it seemed daunting at first. This is really a 2 person job. I also ordered the extra shelf to sit on the desk for my screen. It didn't work so well in my space so I asked to return it. The customer services team was incredibly helpful and arranged a refund for me.

I purchased a FlexiSpot BS8 ergonomic chair a few months ago, following a recommendation from "Which?" . The chair is well made and comfortable. However, a few weeks ago, the chair developed a bit of an issue, so I contacted FlexiSpot customer services. They responded very quickly, and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company.
