"E8 standing desk - Everything's great"
Well, I may not have won their 50% off sales offer they had on the desk (first 20 orders only), but I cannot complain about the purchase process, the delivery (two of them, both sections carried inside the house by the delivery team) or superb quality of the desk! Very happy with it.
I took the frame out of its well protected box and built it in about 20 minutes total. I did need a hand to carefully align the screw holes on the frame with those predrilled into the wooden top, and to turn it over right way up once done. Apart from that, it's a one person job! Desk works as it should and is intuitive to use.
The purchase process was straightforward, enough, though it transpired after my order had gone through that my 5% sign up discount code had not applied correctly. I emailed customer service and they looked into it, I provided the information they asked for and they quickly acknowledged something had gone wrong. They refunded me the discount amount which took one day to re-credit to my card. It was as painless as it should be and I was very pleasantly surprised with it how it was handled!
Why did I look at Flexispot desks? They were recommended by a friend who has had one of their larger desks for many many years! He is still very pleased with it and has never had a thing go wrong with it. It's condition is superb (you wouldn't think it would be so fresh looking after so many years in his profession, but it's held up well!
Thank you Flexispot! If I ever need another standing desk, you will be right at the top of my list!

I had purchased the BS6; unfortunately, it arrived with a mark on one of the arms (probably due to delivery/storage).
However, I have to say their customer service is second to none. They immediately responded to my email and resolved the issue the same day by offering me a replacement or a partial refund.
The chair itself meets all the ergonomic settings I require for working from home, and for this price (with the discount code), in terms of comfort and quality, you are not going to find anything better on the market!

"Quick returns process"
Purchased a BS6 chair in the wrong colour, FlexiSpot customer service responded quickly and after a few photos were able to sort out the return. I was able to then order in the correct colour.

The delivery was quicker than anticipated. We already have two similar table in the family. The motor, for up/ down operation is very responsive. The PC holder is a good piece of kit easily my largish tower PC. The Monitor stand was not to my liking and a prompt refund was offered.

Emailed the company with a request for help. Received a reply on the same day with clear instructions as to what I needed to do, plus an offer of further help if the instructions didn't work - but they did and my problem was solved. Communication was polite and helpful. They also responded on a Sunday - very impressed. Excellent service.
