ordered a standing desk and just a frame was delivered. customer service said i have to buy table top separately for exorbitant price. return process is cumbersome, takes away freedom of choice from the customer. overall an overpriced sh**ty company.

The chair for me was the c7 air great chair absolutely amazing only con is the lumbar support is a bit aggressive for me other than that great chair. If the lumbar support was a bit less aggressive I would’ve kept the chair.

my height adjustable desk from flexispot lost it's position when I pulled the plug mid-way through raising the desk - so it just became a normal desk
I emailed the support line and they let me know what to do to fix it - I followed the instructions , took less than a minute - and I got my desk back. I bought the desk maybe 5 years ago

I bought an E2Q standing table frame with desktop from FlexiSpot. The delivery was really quick and the table is better quality than what I expected for. The table really sturdy, does not wobble at all, and the motor works smoothly. The price-quality ratio really spot on. Also had a question to the customer care team and they helped me out really quick and accurately. Great service, great company, I can warmly recommend them to anybody.

The desk was straightforward to put together and works perfectly. I originally bought the wrong sized desktop (fyi check the dimensions of the base vs the top as the smallest size available was too narrow for my base). Flexispot were super quick to respond to my request for a refund (despite it being a bank holiday weekend) and I was able to buy the correct size and complete the desk only a few days later. Thanks for such excellent customer service. I can highly recommend this desk.

I recently ordered a standing desk from Flexispot, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the customer service. The order was delivered quickly, but I realized I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size desktop. Thankfully, the Flexispot customer service team was fantastic. They allowed me to return it free of charge so I could order the right one.

The desk itself is of high quality and very well-built. It was quick and easy to assemble with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. My partner and I have been using the desk for just over a week now, and we absolutely love it. I find myself spending much more time standing than I expected, and it's been great for my focus and productivity.

I'm so glad to be rid of the old Ikea desk 😂 Flexispot has truly exceeded my expectations!
