"STAY AWAY - you will never get your desk: a follow-up from previous complaint"

STAY AWAY! They do not have stock. Do not trust what is on their website!!

This is a follow-up to the email I posted on 22 August 2024 regarding my horrendous experience with Flexispot. I ordered a maple-colored desk in August 2024, only to be informed that it was out of stock and would take an unbelievable three months to arrive. They insultingly offered a measly £10 compensation for this outrageous inconvenience.

After numerous complaints, Flexispot finally refunded me for the desk, but I had already been forced to purchase a temporary white table-top at my own expense. Now, I've just received another email informing me that I won’t get my desk until mid-December—over four months after my initial order. This delay is beyond unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they blatantly lied about refunding me for the extra white table-top I had to buy. They claimed they had processed this refund, but it never happened. This is not just poor service; it’s outright deception.

Flexispot’s handling of this situation has been an absolute disaster. Their lack of communication, repeated false promises, and insulting compensation offer demonstrate a complete disregard for their customers.

This is a store you need to absolutely stay away from. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. You will never get the desk you ordered.

I've been looking for a great PC desk for a long time, and after weeks of searching, I decided on the FlexiSpot E8. Wow, I’m so glad I did! The desk is amazing. I did encounter a small issue, which wasn’t FlexiSpot's fault but rather the delivery service. However, FlexiSpot’s support team was fantastic—they handled everything promptly and resolved the issue without any hassle.

I recently bought a new office chair. Item was delivered on time. When I went to put the chair together a piece of the headrest was missing. I contacted customer service and they promptly arranged for a replacement part to be posted out. I received the part and managed to complete the build of the chair. I work from home and so far the chair is comfortable to sit in for 8 hours a day. I have issues with a bad back but so far the chair has provided me with good lumbar support. Adjusting the various heights of seat, headrest and armrest have made it comfortable to what I need. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new office chair.

False advertising from this company. I was looking at an E5 Standing Desk listed at £199.99. What is actually £199.99 is the stand itself, you are required to pay an extra £80 for the Desk top? Yet the item has been listed as a Desk not a stand?

I will be advising anyone to be very careful when ordering from this company going forward

I tried to purchase during a time-limited sale. The web chat took so long to respond that I missed the sale. The web agent said they would honor the sale anyway, but email support refused.

A lousy experience overall.

I'm very happy with the products that I purchased: an E7 standing desk and BS11 Pro chair. The items were shipped on the next working day after I placed my order and arrived in excellent condition the day after. They're securely packed, particularly the desk top, preventing damage.

When I asked customer support for some assistance, they were prompt and helpful.

I will note that the packages can be very heavy, making them trickier to move alone. Separating out some of the components into an additional package could be helpful here, but I recognise that might not be possible without raising shipping costs.

I bought the L-shaped E7L. Regret it now. There are pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the desktop but none of them line up with the frame - it's nuts.

You pay £600+ and then have to drill your own holes in the bottom of the desktop. It's not just me and a misunderstanding, either. Everyone is saying the same on their YouTube assembly instructions (Tutorial-How to Assemble Your FlexiSpot E7L Standing Desk).

I purchased a "Standing Desk For WFO and WFH E8" and am delighted with it.
The build quality and general finish is absolutely superb. It was very easy to put together but I'd suggest you need 2 people as it is rather heavy.
From a price perspective I'd say it's excellent value for money.
