"I bought a standing desk last September…"

I bought a standing desk last September (its simple & stylish). Instructions were easy to follow. Once I had an issue I raised with the customer support team who replied straight away and helped to resolve it straight away that day. Flexispot also offer a warranty for you standing desk (length and cover depends on what you purchase).

If you need a standing desk I would highly recommend Flexispot. I had seen some concerns about delivery time but this problem has now been sorted with the switch to DHL. Desk arrived 2 days after ordering. Instructions clear and set up took around 45mins. Construction seems very solid. Not only that but I ordered an accessory and made an error with the sizing, Flexispot were very quick to offer a full refund and arrange free collection of the accessory. Overall very impressed with the product and service

"E7 Model is brilliant"

I ordered the E7 model and am very happy with my purchase. I was slightly concerned about the build quality considering the price is on the lower end compared to other brands but as soon as I put it together I was very happy with my purchase. I can't imagine what other brands could improve upon to warrant the additional cost.

I highly recommend Flexispot, love the product and their support was very prompt when I had a query after my purchase.

I bought an EQ5 standing desk and it's great.

The build quality is exceptional; the frame is made of a heavy and substantial steel that feels like it can easily hold the listed weight capacity of 100kg. There is no wobble whatsoever at a normal seated desk height of ~70cm and no perceptible wobble with normal use at a normal standing height (~100cm). It has quite a broad height adjustable range to make it suitable for a wide range of people.

It has a dual motor which is very smooth when adjusting the height. The remote control unit for adjusting the height has built-in memory functions which work flawlessly and can even deliver charging of electronics via USB.

A small downside: the anti-collision feature doesn't work perfectly consistently. Set at the highest sensitivity (which is the default), it can still come into contact with an object and apply some force before it detects the collision. It tends to work best when dealing with an impact force e.g. chair being hit against the desk while it's adjusting height.

I had a few technical questions regarding specific measurements of the components before I bought it and although the customer service responded reasonably quickly, they didn't answer my question directly; they simply sent me copies of the technical specs, which I had already reviewed on the website and which didn't answer my question. Having said that, the returns process for the item I needed to send back was fairly straightforward and quick.

Great company, purchased a standing desk and a lockable drawer. Customer service was really helpful, delivery was super fast. Once the desk arrived I realised I could not attach the drawer so needed to send it back. Again customer service was amazing, arranged pick up from my home and refunded once it has arrived with them.
Standing desk is great quality, colleagues have purchased similar desks from other companies for more and have lower quality and/or less features.
Highly recommend.
