I emailed the customer services with an issue with my desk only able to go down. They emailed back promptly with clear instructions on how to solve the issue and the desk is working perfectly again, and I know how to solve the issue if it ever happens again in the future. I'm also very impressed with the desk itself. Would definitely recommend.

The desk is great for use - large, nice and works well without noise. The child lock feature is a great plus.
The service team is also really helpful and responsive. They helped sort out the problem on delivery in a timely manner, though the delivery by DHL was well delayed and not great.

Great desk, but very slow delivery and frustrating experience from start to finish. It was delivered over 3 packages and I had to chase on a number of occasions as they had forgotten to deliver the final part of the package to the logistics company

I received this message at the end of the transaction: 'We will issue a partial refund of £10 for your order after you provide us with a screenshot / link for your positive feedback'. I hope that all of the 5 star reviews here are objective, because this is rotten

"E7 pro great desk"

Have been using the E7 pro for a few weeks now and it's been superb.

Got the black frame with 140x70 top and the desk looks amazing. Control is very intuitive, albeit a bit too sensitive but the height can be locked so no issue. Desk is very strong no wobbling and move my dual monitor setup very quickly.

Had an issue when the item arrived where one of the rubber grommet was missing but Flexispot quickly handled and sent a replacement piece to the UK from Germany so great customer support as well.

Highly recommended.

"Love my elevating desk - and so does my back!"

I love my flexispot desk. It was really easy to assemble. I really appreciated the pre-drilled holes and allen keys to tighten screws. Means that you don't need to have tools or know-how to put it together. The night before, I watched a YouTube video on assembling it, and then set to work the next day. Even better, all the screws were grouped together in little pouches labelled A,B, C so you weren't just relying on the instruction booklet to recognise the right screw in a bag of screws. I felt everything about it was set up thinking about how the customer would experience putting it together. One of the foot pads was missing in my delivery. Flexispot ensured the part was sent to me. Turning it on and using the elevation function for the first time was very exciting. I like the low hum as it moves. I keep giving people 'tours' of my new piece of kit. It has made me clear out all my old rubbish from my previous desk and helped me to create a clear clean workspace. It might sound over the top to say it has changed my life - but it has certainly improved it. I purchased it after having back problems from being crouched over a laptop during the pandemic. This, a weekly Pilates and walking more, has really made a difference to my back. Highly recommend elevating desks and flexispot.

"Trash"

Trash, bought a monitor arm rated for 9kg per arm, it doesn't even hold 8.2 which is the weight of my monitor, gas arm is fine but the tilt doesn't hold, thanks 70 quid down and no one to phone or even live chat with, a holes

Fantastic after sale customer support, I had an issue with the 2nd desk where it wouldn’t budge but with the advice and guidance from FlexiSpot I got the mechanism working again! Highly recommend FlexiSpot, I have two desks both from FlexiSpot and both are awesome!
