"They're awesome!"

I bought an E7 series desk on their Black Friday sale and haven't got a bad word to say about Flexispot.

The ordering process is super simple and the desk was shipped the same day and it was received with all as expected. I've liaised with the customer service team a few times regarding a previous desk I bought from them and the responses times have always been super quick and helpful.

The products themselves are also top notch. Very sturdily built. Overall I'd 100% recommend them.

"Great desk, prompt support when wouldn't go up"

I ordered the desk and top and was advised that the top would be much later, which was fine, however it arrived about 10 days early. I'd ordered the additional side extensions and due to this, the assembly instructions weren't completely clear how to assemble and it also means that you can only assemble the desk with optional extensions added, without needing to create new pilot holes, however that's no dealbreaker for me.

This morning my desk wouldn't raise, I power cycled it and that didn't resolve it, so I contacted support and they advised me to remove power for 30 seconds then hold the down button and voila, back up and running.

Would recommend the FLEXISPOT Electric Standing Desk EG1

"I love my new desk from Flexispot"

I love my new desk from Flexispot, the size is great and the quality feels very good! Mine had stopped working after I had re-arranged some cables but their support team were excellent and advised me how to reset it to get it working again.

"The desk arrived without a desk top"

The desk arrived without a desk top, which adds around 150 euros compared to the price of the desk frame alone. I confirm the other comments which point out abuses, faults in the delivery. Here is my order number for proof: 164294.

"Smart white desk; good service"

Smart white desk, easy assembly (though the desk is heavy to lift when completed). The motor is smooth and easy to use.
When I approached the contact centre for advice on progress of the order, I received an immediate response (thank you Mark), giving accurate and helpful information.
Would recommend.

"Really happy with my purchase"

Really happy with my purchase, definitely recommend the bigger desk really good quality.

Easy build process and simple to follow through. Motor is really good and moves smoothly. DHL decided to deliver it else where but Flexispot customer service we’re really good and supportive.

"First standing desk - Flawless service"

First time getting a Standing desk and glad that I ordered from Flexispot. Good quality for the price you pay. And Customer service was flawless, special thank you to Rainkin, Pauleen and Thet for helping me answer questions before buying the desk and the service after I had to return the CPU holder as my PC was too big and heavy for it! Free return as they sent a courier to collect and got the refund as soon as the courier received the package!

I purchased the E5 Pro and was able to assemble it by hand with no need for a drill.

"The worst customer service ever."

The worst customer service ever.

I placed the order and then they said they had shipped it when they hadn't. Had to chase multiple times and they said that the delivery company had it. Then spoke to DHL who said Flexispot hadn't even given it to them.

Customer service is based somewhere in Asia and they don't seem to do anything. The company seems like a sham. Serveral calls just get hung up by the custpmer service.

Still waiting on the desk to arrive with no idea when it's arriving or if it is.

Have also ask for a company invoice which they promised several times but have not received anything.

I strongly advise avoiding them!!!

"Poor customer service"

Ordered a standing desk and need the receipt for company expense. Got in touch with the customer service team several times throughout the week to no avail. Couldn't understand why I had to waste so much time for something this simple.
