"The very expensive E7 broke"

The very expensive E7 broke, and it seems like I might need to wait a long time for them to ship the replacement part even though it's in warranty. And they frase it like they are making me a favour, when it's their legal responsibility. Get something else instead!

"Love my new E7 standing desk."

Had ordered an E7 standing desk and received it last week. The installation took a while though I have to be honest but the installation video was very helpful with the steps. As part of the installation you could see the sturdiness of the table and it is a solid one. When using the desk movement, the first thing you notice is the speed of movement and the surprisingly quietness of the desk. My 8 year old went through the instruction manual and he configured the height settings and guess what he showed me how to set the child lock :).

After using my lap table for the past 3 years, I wish I'd ordered the desk earlier but the last week has been amazing. This desk is a revelation and is worth every penny.

Also would like to give a big thumbs up to the customer service agent (Clarissa), when I'd called for clarification and queries, she was absolutely brilliant in helping me. She even called back to confirm if I'd received the relevant email with clarification and if all my queries were resolved.

Really happy with my E7 so far and one happy customer.

"Dissapointed with the colour. However it's of good quality."

The desktop and frame both seem of good quality. However I ordered the Maple top and what I got seems to be almost white in colour. I was expecting it to be more of a natural beige wood type of colour. Doesnt look like it did on the website.

"Worst experience ever. Would not recommend"

Worst experience ever.

Tried ordering a desk - Q8 (£699) and the payment won't go through. I've tried different cards and using a card that I've used on the website before. But no luck. 4 orders have gone through without the payment confirmation. So at this point I am not sure if the payment has actually gone through or not. I will need to check with my bank and make sure that it hasn't.

All I see on the website is 'Order Closed'.

Used the chat functionality on the website and the agent took all the order numbers and said someone will get in touch, but no one came back to me.

Then I called them earlier today and was told to send them order number and we can generate a pro forma invoice. Then I can pay the invoice via bank transfer!!!!

What world are you operating in? Expecting a customer to ask you to raise a pro forma invoice? It's a website for customers!!! Payment is the most important thing that should work. Or if it didn't work then try and fix it.

I have bought from them previously with no issues using the same card!

But based on this experience I'd rather go to another supplier or find them on Amazon.

Really disappointing service and I would not recommend.

"Decent Standing desk for Gaming and Work"

Pros:
Desk and frame itself is pretty good. Desktop is thick so it can hold the weight of PC cases easily. Motor is also good, no problems so far.

Cons:
1 star deducted due to shipping delays.
Ordered E8 on 26th December.
Received frame in Mid January.
Received desktop in End of February.
I will say that the delays was probably due to Chinese new year holidays.

I will say that the desk is a little wobbly if you really push the desk past >100 but i would probably need to spend a lot more for a sturdier frame. It does the job

"Looooove it!!!"

I recently got my E7 standing desk and I’m in love with it! Can’t describe in words how nice it looks in real life. I got maple table top color and it gives a very warm feeling to the room. Easy to collect, worth every penny and made my WFH life a dream.

"Woeful customer service"

Ordered premium E7 desk BLK Fri 2021 - less than 3 months later the right leg does not move. Emailed FlexiSpot to resolve issue - response was supposed motor issue - was informed I would have to pick up cost for customs fees from China for said spare motor! I had expected better customer service for a £359 faulty desk.
I WFH FT so having a fully functional desk is fundamental, but do FlexiSpot care - of course not!
