"Power failure after 4 years"

This was originally a 3 star review, updated to 5 stars due to customer service experienced.

Original post:
I have been using a large Flexispot standing desk for 4 years now, loved it, but one day last week I noticed the digital readout was no longer lit. The desk has just stopped working for no apparent reason. Tried replacing fuse, replacing power cable, all to no avail. It appears the failure is in the black box, have reached out to customer service by phone and email but as yet no response. I hope they'll be back to me. I know it's no longer under warranty, but a replacement part would be a happy solution.

Update:
Customer service got back to me and said it was out of warranty so I'd need to buy a new desk. When told I was happy to buy a new part to replace the non-working black box, and that getting rid of the desk was wasteful, they sent me a new black box and cables from China within 2 weeks, and the desk is now up and running again. They did not charge me for the black box, and said they would pay for any customs duties if the package incurred any. No customs charges, and a replacement black box free of charge, despite being out of warranty. Thank you Flexispot, exceptional customer service. Desk is back up (and down!) and working again. A very relieved company director here, finally able to stand up and work again!

"I bought and have the E7 desk"

I bought and have the E7 desk. Absolutely superb. Well built easy to put together good functions and overall brilliant I am very pleased. I orderd the wrong size desktop. My fault entirely. Yet the good people at Flexispot no problem send it back and we’ll refund you. I can’t fault this company. Good products. Good service.

"Simply the best out there"

If I could, I would have left more than 5 stars, I just can't shop in any other store for desks any more, they just exceeded any of my expectations.

I had both desk and support experiences so I'll give a review on both.

Desk.
I have 2 Flexispot desks, one was purchased and used on eBay, and one - was new from the website. (one for my partner and one for me)
The one I purchased used had a couple of years under its belt and it has been a year since I purchased it. What can I say - still works and looks like new. I also love that if I break the tabletop (I have no idea if it is possible, but still) I can always order new.

Support
Unfortunately with the table I purchased new, there was a slight problem that there was some noise when the table was going down. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful, they provided me guidance so I can try to fix it on my own (in case it is an assembly issue) and then provided a replacement which worked flawlessly.
I cannot stress enough how helpful and supportive support agents were and they helped me to resolve my issue. I never thought I can be this confident in my furniture purchase.

I cannot recommend Flexispot enough, it was a great experience, a high-quality product and amazing support.

"positibe review after a year of use"

I bought a large standing desk about a year ago, arrived on time, everything as promised and its a solid desk, i've been very happy. smooth function & sturdy. i wish the "panel" (where u touch "up""down" etc) was a bit more hidden, the way its so sensitive i end up accidently touching it a lot, although its adjusted as deep under the table as allowing.
anyway very happy.

"Great standing desk and efficient customer service"

Standing desk was received within a few days of ordering. Relatively easy to put together, good instructions. Good quality and good value desk, as described. One part of the order, small under desk drawer, was due to come separately a couple of weeks later. Having assembled the desk I realised that I did not need or want that drawer anymore. My email request for cancellation was responded to within 24hrs and the price of the drawer was refunded without fuss within 72hrs.
Great experience overall, would definitely recommend!

"Standing desk frame great value and great service"

Ordered my standing desk frame last year and arrived on time with no issues with set up! Works perfectly and is just what I need for working from home!
Their customer service has been great recently when my desk had a snag and wouldn't raise up, the team responded to my enquiry the next day with a solution that fixed the problem straight away!

"I have been using Flexispot standing for close to 2 years now."

I have been using Flexispot standing table for one and half year. I had a minor issue few weeks back which I felt was big at the beginning, in fact It was not an issue but a bit of care needed which was not a big deal. The best part of FlexiSpot was their customer care and promptness to help their customers. Every response was to offer a solution, if not then another solution. Also they offered to replace the product if it does not work. My whole experience with them so nice that I felt its a great decision I took buying their product. After sales is very imp and they truly lived it with utmost care and responsibility.

"Terrible customer service - never again"

Terrible customer service. Before ordering I was told it is possible to delay an order. After paying the story suddenly changed and I was told it was only possible to delay for a short period of time. I asked to cancel the order if it was not possible to delay. Later on the parcel was never sent out - only when I inquired was I told that they had never actually held my order and were now out of stock. Then they tried to offer me other products - no solution was offered except to wait until it is back in stock or to now cancel the order after weeks of wasting my time.
