"Not the quality customer service experience I was hoping for."

I'm really disappointed to be writing this, but feel it's important to share so people know what to expect. I purchased the BS11-Pro at £369.99 which came quickly as promised. When I'd put the chair together, one of the arms rattled whenever you so much as touched it or moved your arm, so I simply asked for a replacement part. I was told as it was time consuming to get a new part (the chair itself arrived in 2 days) and offered a 3% refund of £15. I declined and asked for a replacement part and was told to try lubricating the product. This wasn't possible due to the location and again asked for a replacement part. They sent the request to their QA team and heard nothing for 10 days. I just recieved an email to say the QA team said there is no fault, even though one arm rattles and one doesn't, and have offered only a £20 refund.

It's important to know the quality may not be what you expect, and the customer service even less so.

"Delivery system hell - order 2095047"

My UK order number is 2095047, so they can check I'm not a fake reviewer.

I ordered the E7-Frame, table-top, caster-wheels, cable-holder, and drawer.
So that's 5 items in my order 2095047.

I entered CORRECTLY my name and full address when I ordered.

When it came for the courier DPD to deliver my items they only sent the 'Drawer' and the rest of the 4 items they sent back.
I asked DPD why they send the 4 items back and it's because FLEXISPOT did not send DPD my full address(only partial) so I was NOT allowed to receive my 4 other items.

I then notice that checking on the FLEXISPOT order history tracking, it says it delivered the E7-Frame but not the other 4 items, which is incorrect because I only received the Drawer not the E7-Frame.
They had to tell me to FILL OUT A BLOODY DPD form stating i did not recive the E& frame.

I then asked myself why DPD did not recive my full address. I checked my emails and notice that the invoice did not for BOTH the shipping and billing addresses did not have my full address.
I also notice that when checking the FLEXISPOT order history page for my order 2095047, that the shipping and billing address were also INCOMPLETE.
I checked my order conformation email and that has my full address on both the shipping and billing.
So that means THEY DID RECIVE my full address and there fulfilment system messed up my ADDRESSES.

Also I had to spend 3 days instead of 1 day trying to recieve my items.
the 1st days was to receive ALL my items, but i only got my Drawer.
The Second other day they only sent the wheels, cable holder and table top and I had to wake up at 7:30AM while bloody tired which RUIND THAT DAY.
The Third other day is finally i got my E7-frame, but i had to wake up bloody early at 7am just incase DPD did a early delivery again.

But to get my items I had to CALL and EMAILS so many times to get my ITEMS.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO TIRED AND EXHAUSTED IN MY LIFE.

FLEXISPOT sort out your order management and fulfilment systems.
It is shocking that your system can't handle simple shipping and billing addresses.

"Had an issue"

Had an issue, made a call and the issue was resolved over the phone.

The issue was that only one of the legs was moving only downwards. There was an option to reset the table which I had tried but hadn't worked.

Switching the cables to the controller appeared to have resolved the issue. Super friendly and immediate response warrants a 5*.

"Good after sales customer support"

I have the desk for nearly a year. A few days ago, there was a problem with the control panel and I couldn't adjust the desk top upward. I emailed Flexispot and got technical advice in a day. Problem solved and I have a desk working normally again.
