"Shady company practices"
Placed an order late at night that I wanted to cancel. I called as soon as their phone lines opened first thing in the morning, and I was told it wasn't possible to cancel the order and I would have to, first, refuse the delivery, wait for it to get back to their warehouse, and finally wait 5 days for a refund.
The reason they gave was that DPD had been assigned a tracking number...however I'm fully aware that this is an automatic system process and nothing would have actually physically happened overnight in which I placed the order.
Going 2-3 weeks without £300 for something so simply rectified, yet flexispot refusing is quite simply, shady.
I used to have confidence in this company, but following this experience and reading similar reviews...I won't be shopping with flexispot ever again.

"Quick Leg Motor Replacement"
Myself and my wife have had our E7 desks for around a year and are really pleased with them. Unfortunately we had one instance where one of the legs stopped working and the control unit displayed an error code. We contacted their support team and after a few back and forth emails with videos and images they shipped us a new motor. The motor was easy to fit and instantly resolved the issue. We are very pleased with the support we received and will continue to recommend the FlexiSpot desks to others.

"Great frame for WFH and Office use"
It was a great product that made a massive difference in my work and life. The quality of the frame is great and I can see it will last a very long time. Thanks to the two-motor design the frame moves very fast. I've managed to attach a 110x60cm desk to it and works like a charm. I can't recommend the product enough.

"Faulty Table, Wrong Addresses and Terrible Customer Service"
I purchased an ESD1 music table from flexispot. It arrived faulty, after being delivered to the wrong house several times.
The DPD driver delivered to the wrong house 3 times in a row and I had to contact Flexispot. It turns out the address they had given DPD was incorrect. My address always autofills so this must have been a mistake on their end.
When the desk finally arrived, I put it together only to find that the main desk table section was 1cm too short, and so would not fit on the frame, even with a generous amount of encouragement.
I took the whole thing apart in case I had constructed in incorrectly, but after three goes I gave up and contacted customer services.
They were unable to provide me with any useful advice, and only after providing detailed photos of my construction process did they concede that the parts must be faulty.
They said they would send a courier to pick up the old desk and send a new one.
However, when the new desk was due to arrive it was sent to the wrong address - again. Despite the fact that I had already corrected them on this.
I then contacted customer services to make sure to update the address of the delivery and to make sure that the courier picking up the old desk had the right address as well.
I asked them to call DPD directly and change it so that we could sort it out straight away. It is now two days later, and it is the third day in a row that I get to watch DPD try and deliver my desk to a house down the street, with me unable to do anything about it, as any changes to delivery have to come from flexispot.
I look forward to an email later saying that I wasn't in for the courier, as he fruitlessly knocks on a door down the road as I watch on, helpless because Flexispot customer service work in ice ages.
TL;DR
Desk came with parts that didnt fit, Flexispot keep using the wrong address despite me correcting them several times, and customer services are useless.
Do not buy from this company unless you like faulty parts and talking to customer services every day.

Ordered a sit/stand desk that would move up and down using a key pad. Desk arrived quickly and well packaged, heavy but easy to assemble. Looks great in the study, smooth operation. Good value for money.

I have had the over-bed electric table for almost 3 years and I have always been delighted with it.
This weekend it stopped working- I contacted their customer service and had a reply within 12 hours with a fix that worked.
That’s how customer service should be.

"Great desk and great customer service"
Purchased a rising (standing and sitting) desk from FlexiSpot to replace an older fashioned static desk. The delivery from Flexispot was very quick indeed. The packaging that the desk arrived in was superb and everything arrived safely.
The desk was very easy to put together, with only a minimal amount of effort required on my part. I have one query which Lisa in the customer service team helped me with.
The construction of the desk is very solid and whilst we've only had it a few days, it looks, works and feels great. Would happily recommend to everyone.
