Superb experience , called on the Friday before Christmas and asked if I could get it delivered before. The operator checked stock and confirmed while I waited. The desk arrived as promised just before Christmas and is perfect and very high quality. Highly recommend!

"Excellent service, but some problems with standing desk motor"
My wife and I bought 2 'Classic electric standing desk frames' in summer 2021 and overall we're very pleased with them. They arrived quickly, they're good quality and straightforward to assemble. However, I've had intermittent problems with the motor on my desk where the motor would temporarily not work at all or only work in one direction (my wife's has been fine, but she uses it less than me). Recently, I'd decided to simply replace the motor, as it hadn't worked going 'up' for many months. I contacted Flexispot and was really surprised by not only how quickly they responded but also that they talked me through steps to reset the motor and now it's working perfectly.

"No Luck"
Spent so much time and decided to place an order for a ergonomic chair for kid. The next day they informed that product was out of stock and there is no ETA on when would be in stock again… eventually i saw them removing the item from their website.
They charged me on 13Dec, and got the refund at 18Dec.

"Refund nightmare"
I generally think the products that Flexispot make are quality. However, returns are a nightmare.
To make a return - 2 weeks, 14 sent emails, 13 received, with 6 different agents. Conflicting or wrong information sent to me.
They originally offered £15 refunded instead of a return as "This option will also save you time and effort, rather than going through a lengthy return and refund process."
They weren't kidding that it would be lengthy process!
