I purchased the EP1E Electric Standing Desk a couple of months ago and am a satisfied buyer. The reason I am rating this product high is for the following:
1) Easy to assemble instruction without any knowledge. It comes with all tools that required for assemble.
2) The table top is one piece wood unlike other products which is 2 pieces
3) The customer support is very supportive while I am having problem to operative the product.
I highly recommand this product if you are looking for similar thing.

"Great offer for a fantastic desk!"
I must admit to being a bit sceptical about FlexiSpot's Black Friday offers. As well as offering 50% off the desktop and a whopping £170 off the E7 PRO frame, they were giving a further 50% cashback on the total order price to the first orders placed each day over the Black Friday weekend. I was worried that it would be a phantom offer just to entice people in, or it wouldn't be good quality if they could knock that much off, or that there would be a huge order backlog and it would take ages to arrive. However, all reviews for the desk were good, and even if I didn't get the extra 50% off it would still be a good price. So on Sunday night I hovered over my mouse, waiting for midnight to arrive (with a slight panic when the credit card authorisation took a while to happen).
Well, I needn't have worried! The desk arrived just over a day later, on the Tuesday. The desk frame was in a box I could hardly lift - I had to carry the components upstairs individually. It was incredibly well packaged, separate boxes inside the main box for all the parts, held rigidly in place by foam, and with extra strengthening at the corners and edges of the box. The same was true of the desktop, with great packaging, especially around the corners. The top itself is an inch thick, with very high quality laminate on all sides (not just the top as you find on some desks). Needless to say everything was in perfect condition.
It took less than an hour to assemble. Most of the holes for the frame were pre-drilled in the desktop (although apparently this does vary depending on which top you get), but I had to drill the holes for the cable tidy. It's easy enough to put together yourself, but you might want a second person when turning it the right way up (it's assembled upside down), particularly if you don't have a lot of space to manoeuvre.
I'm extremely pleased with the result. The range of travel is more than sufficient. I'm six feet tall, and it goes from just above my knees to chest height. It will do so in just 19 seconds, and only 17 seconds on the way down again. Even at full height, it's more stable than my old Ikea desk that had five legs! I now find myself standing nearly all the time, which is doing wonders for my back. My only slight criticism is that the collision detection isn't very sensitive. It will happily lift the legs off the floor instead of stopping.
And, if you're wondering, the 50% cashback offer was genuine. I was one of the lucky 20 on Sunday night, and the money was refunded to my credit card a couple of days ago.

I am compelled to share my exceedingly frustrating experience with FlexiSpot, a company that not only failed to meet the basic tenets of customer service but also displayed a concerning lack of responsibility and commitment.
Initial Promise and Subsequent Delays: My journey began with the order of an E7 PRO desk, lured by the promise of a one-week delivery. This timeframe was critical to me due to my urgent need for a proper workspace. However, this initial promise quickly dissolved into a series of delays. After waiting patiently for two weeks, further communication from FlexiSpot only added to the confusion, with new delivery timelines extending to an unacceptable date in January.
Partial and Impractical Delivery: To add to the chaos, FlexiSpot informed me that only the top of the desk would be delivered without the base. This partial delivery is not only impractical but also renders the product useless. The notion of receiving an incomplete desk and the suggestion that I deal with this inadequacy is both bewildering and unacceptable.
Lack of Accountability and Resolution: Throughout this ordeal, FlexiSpot's responses have been lackluster at best, failing to provide a satisfactory solution or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. There seems to be a blatant disregard for the impact this has had on my work and well-being.
Conclusion: The whole experience has been a testament to FlexiSpot's lack of commitment to fulfilling their contractual obligations and providing customer satisfaction. I am left with no desk, wasted time, and a feeling of utter disappointment. To those considering FlexiSpot for their furniture needs, I urge caution and suggest looking elsewhere.
I had trusted FlexiSpot to deliver a product essential for my daily life, but their handling of my order has been nothing short of a disaster. This is not just about a delayed product; it's about a company's failure to respect its customers and uphold basic service standards.

"I bought the E7 Pro and I love it!"
I bought the E7 Pro and I absolutely love the desk. The quality is fantastic and the setup was much easier than I expected.
There was an issue with DPD where they said they couldn't "find the address" to deliver one of the accessories I bought, and I contacted Flexispot customer service to see what was going on. Lisa got the problem sorted immediately and DPD delivered the next day.
The one thing I would have liked is more choices in the desktop colour at the 1800x800 size but that's not got anything to do with the product and more to do with my personal preference. The quality of the desktop is fantastic, nice and heavy and very durable.
In short I have no complaints about the product and love the customer service that's been provided.

Excellent product, worked well for over 2 years.
Then there was a minor electrical fault, requiring the replacement of the control panel, which the efficient and friendly service team diagnosed, sourced free of charge, delivered, and guided me through installation.
Altogether a good experience and value for money.

Easy to put together and you can feel the quality of the item.
The desk frame and top are heavy so it would be a good idea to get some wheels if you can to make it easier to move around. Only fault I have is the desk top does not come with any cable management. No slot to feed cables to the tray below.

"Mess from start to end"
I'm genuinely disappointed with the service I received from beginning to end. Flexispot promoted a 50% cashback offer, which sounded more like a chance game than a real deal. To clarify, I reached out to their customer service, hoping to understand if I could repeatedly try for the cashback, as it was the only way the desk would be within my budget.
Unfortunately, the whole process turned out to be a mess. No one could confirm whether I had won the cashback. The customer service team seemed helpless in providing any real solutions. Now, after the sale weekend, they've decided to cancel and refund my order, but only after the mistakenly dispatched order is returned. What a frustrating and disheartening experience.
It's clear to me now that this company lacks a fundamental understanding of effective customer service. Instead of resolving the issue, such as honoring the 50% discount after all the hassle, they chose to cancel my order. The customer service team seems unable to address and resolve real problems.
It's a real pity, considering their desks looked so appealing.
