I have one of the standing desk but for some few days now I couldn't get it to elevate, so I assumed it was broken. I emailed customer service and someone quickly advised me on what to do and in less than a minute it started working.

Recliner chair £99.00 Ordered 22nd Jan expected delivery date 23rd Feb. No chair arrived. Checked status it hadn’t even been shipped! No communication no further emails after order confirmation. I contacted them and they stated that it’s very frustrating when things don’t go to plan! They will escalate to the next level etc etc etc. I tried to put a review on their site and it didn’t go live. Seems they only upload positive reviews from people who have only ever done 1 review! I do not recommend. I only purchased because the reviews were so positive. You live and learn. I will pay more and get it from a UK company

I went to buy a new desk with their 'valentine' day offer, stayed up until midnight and was one of the 5 customers to get the 50% discount code...i went through put all my details in and then the website came up with 'trade error' when taking payment...customer support basiclly said tough luck!
Not a great service from a company i was spending a couple thousand pounds with.

Couple months ago I purchased FLEXISPOT Essential Electric Standing Desk. After using for couple months I encountered issue with electric motor and the desk would no go up. I've contacted customer service, and they promptly logged the problem and asked for additional info, photos and video of the fault. Once submitted, they quickly advised potential solution, which worked straight away and the desk is again fully functional.
The desk itself is very good. Good quality materials, assembly process was very easy. It's good value for the price paid when bought. I'm very happy with this product and purchase.

"Terrible Service"
I can only assume that many of these 5* reviews are in fact fake. Purchased 6 height adjustable desks which were allegedly due to be dispatched between 3 - 7 working days. No correspondence at all after purchase, no notification of dispatch. On further investigation it transpires that the customer services is located in the Philippines which makes obtaining any information on UK sales impossible. They use DPD for carriage yet have not provided any dispatch information or tracking reference.
When contacting customer services they claim that an email will arrive once the items are dispatched, they also state that dispatch is actually 5-10 working days! 7 working days have already passed and no email to suggest the goods will be dispatched.
Plenty more companies in the UK who supply these desks therefore I would advise against using Flexispot.

So an email arrived saying they were ready for dispatch and they will be dispatched between 3 and 5 working days. This has gone from 3-7 working days to 10-15 working days. Absolutely awful company, avoid at all costs. If I had known this before I purchased, I would have bought elsewhere even at a higher price. You get what you pay for!
