Had a problem with mine after 9 months of working fine. It suddenly stopped going up, contacted their customer support (Mark) outside of Amazon which is where I purchased. Customer Support replied back in an our on a Sunday, with instructions what to do and it reset the controls without any nee to replace the parts.

"Lovely standing desk but assembly a bit tricky"

Was looking for a standing desk for my new home office; Flexispot had lots of desks on offer during the January sales so got the 57.

It came delivered in two parts which made it easier to get into my office.

It was a little tricky putting it together as the paper instructions weren't very clear and I had to look up a video tutorial on YouTube, but otherwise I'm very happy with my desk

"Great experience so far"

After reading several reviews, I decided to invest in a FlexiSpot standing desk. Initially, I was a little apprehensive due to a few negative comments on here about the customer service. However, upon engaging with one of their online agents to address some queries, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided.

As for the desk itself, it's truly remarkable. Assembly was a breeze, and considering the price, the quality exceeded my expectations.

My only minor concern revolves around the excess non-recyclable packaging. It would be wonderful if they could adopt a more eco-friendly approach, perhaps following Apple's lead by using primarily cardboard packaging, albeit I understand this might incur higher costs.

"What a fantastic desk"

What a fantastic desk! I’ve suffered back problems for many years, and as a composer, I’m seated for most of the day. I’ve wanted a rising desk for a while but was never happy with what was available. Until I found Flexispot.

I ordered their studio standing desk, partly incentivised by their £200 off (!), and it arrived within a couple of days.

There were some queries over the dispatch (1 box vs 2) but they were very quick to explain there were 2 boxes being delivered.

The packaging was solid & appropriate, securing the parts really well. Nothing came damaged & there wasn’t anything missing.

And the build was extremely impressive. Most of it was ‘ready to go’ and just needed bolting together. We absolutely loved all the little screws and allen keys, etc, presented in their own little clear packet roll!

We had asked prior to build if it would weaken the desk to NOT fit the top shelf that houses racking gear beneath & we were reassured this would be fine. And it is! It’s still lovely & sturdy & the structure hasn’t been compromised by not including it.

The keyboard tray went in beautifully & I now have a desk that will hopefully give me the change in posture my poor back needs throughout my day.

Don’t hesitate to buy one of these desks; they’re really good!

"Excellent purchase"

12 months ago, work bought me an ergonomic chair on Health grounds. I suffer with arthritus of the spine and spend a lot of hours sat down in front of a computer. I did lots of research and got one from Flexispot. Right from initial contact the ordering procedure was spot on. There was a delay in delivery but they kept me up to date.
When the chair arrived it was very easy to assemble. Now 12 months later I couldn't be happier with the chair. It is very comfortable and the seat cushioning is fabulous. Colleagues who sit in it say the same thing. I retire next year and people are already putting in claims for the chair.

"Excellent service support, even after 3 yrs purchase."

I bought a basic standing desk in 2021, to work from home, just the basic white on white, small size with 2-button control. It was very easy to assemble and worked great up to a week ago, where the up button was unresponsive. After checkibg all the leads were still plufged in, i figured the co trol box was at fault, so contacted the company who got back to me the next day with some instructions in how to reset the control box. Tried it last night and it worked! Great stuff and so nice for Flexispot to advise this rather than selling a new control box as spares.
Always recommend them to friends if I know they are looking for home office equipment. Very good product. Thanks!
