I’ve been buying Flexispot products for 3 years. Great support on instagram when needing help on product info. Customer support was really helpful when needing to return products that were no longer needed!

"Poor quality, awful customer service, avoid"

Poor experience on order 2483751. Once assembled, this product was wobbly on one side due to the frame being manufactured poorly. I escalated this to their customer service, where their response was awful. They try and offer you £30 to keep it.

On top of the frame issues, the quality of the tabletop is terrible. There are defects everywhere, with little marks ruining the aesthetic.

Know that when you buy from this company, it's cheap Chinese goods and therefore poor quality. You get what you pay for. I've sold mine and moved on to another brand as returning it was not worth the effort.

Great customer service on the chat function. I had an issue with my standing desk, and the support team members were patient and resolved the problem.

Pleased with the purchase of height adjustable desk. Nearly year after the purchase, height adjustment was malfunctioning. Emailed their CS team, they were quick to respond, advising me of a couple remedial actions to take, one of which was a hard reset, which worked! I get the feeling that had this not worked, they would have still resolved the matter to my satisfaction by issuing either a refund or provide a replacement. Highly recommended.

Recently purchased one of their motorised sit stand desks. Had an issue with the autostop contacted customer support and they were great. Perfect explanation I fixed the problem and the desk is great. Thanks flexisport good to do business with you.

"The number of screws on the leaflet…"

The number of screws on the leaflet inside the box was not the same as the amount and types of screws. For that reason the handyman who came to assemble the desk, needed twice the time and I had to pay him £100 instead of £50.

He took a risk to assemble it without sufficient screws and we did not know whether we would succeed or not.

Great customer service and timely delivery. The customer service team are very prompt and amenable to our requests. For example, we asked for an exact delivery day and also to retrospectively apply discount codes - they did this no problem. The desks are sturdy and easy to setup albeit heavy to move around.

"E7 Standing Desk came with a bent supporting beam. Trying to get replacement..."

Recently bought a standing E7 desk and upon starting to assemble it, the supporting beam is bent.
As it is metal, it isn't something I can simply "get away with", I've tried to get a replacement part but Flexispot have not got back to me. Their online chat claims my issue has been "escalated" but I have not received any email confirmation or guidance on when I can expect to hear back.
Really disappointed as I spent some time researching which desk to go for, and the fact I don't know when or if a replacement will arrive. At the moment, I do not recommend Flexispot for E7 Standing Desks, nor their customer service.
