"Spot on"
Spot on! My daughter absolutely loves the desk. Does exactly what she needs. Looks smart and is very well made and sturdy. I never review anything but we just had an issue with raising the desk. It would go down but not up anymore. Quick email to support and Mark from support sent me a link to a video which explains how to reset the controls. So if you have the same issue then all you need to do is hold the down button I'm until the desk goes down and pops back up slightly then it's all reset and works perfectly again. Would like to thank Mark for the quick fix. Fault discovered and resolved all inside 20 mins. Can't ask for more. 5 stars well deserved

"EF1 desk review"
I decided to resist the urge of buying the desk off Amazon, after reading reviews about 3rd party parts (thin desktop, feet and motor different from the original) diluting product quality. Hence why I bought directly from manufacturer.
The price difference was in £50 range and gave me the peace of mind that the product is worth both the spend and time investment and that I won’t be ghosted trying to resolve any issues under warranty.
The assembly was very straightforward with all the tools and screws neatly packed in clearly labeled bags and step by step instructions. I’ve made a few mistakes that I outlined at the end of this review. I’m a 5ft5 woman and I managed to bring the frame and desktop up a flight of stairs and assemble it on my own in less than 2.5 hours. I didn’t have the necessary space to affix the desktop to the frame and then flip it (as per instructions), but I managed pretty well with a head torch laying down on the floor and a little bit of extra time reading the instruction diagrams.
The desk is quiet, sturdy, works well with the dual monitor arm I got from Flexispot (also of fantastic quality) and does not wobble (something mentioned often in the reviews on Amazon).
My only complaint is that the keypad has three holes in it, but the desktop had them in a different arrangement. As a result, it’s fixed by a single screw (to keep it in line with the desk’s edge), but since the pad is feather light and no children will go near it, it doesn’t affect functionality.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the desk (look and quality), which was delivered in just under two working days.
PS: Please see installation mistakes that will cost you significant assembly time:
Step 2: Attaching the crossbeam the wrong way up (it has the screw holes on one side only which should face the floor)
Step 5: Attaching the desktop the wrong way round (the extra holes for the keypad should face your side, not the wall’s side).
Step 8: If you forget to connect the motor cord, the pad will light up, but will show error 23 and the desk won’t move. Though I couldn’t reach the customer support via telephone at 4pm on a Friday, but I realised it was unplugged after taking photos for the support web form. The company did respond pretty quickly though, so decent customer service too:)

"Love my new desk"
Love my new desk. They did send the stand a long time before the top was ready so had to store it but it was worth the wait. Had an issue with the motor two months later but they were really quick to help me figure out how to fix it. Really recommend them, good customer service!

Part of delivery has never arrived.
I ordered a Flexispot desk and part of order has not arrived as it should two times! They use DPD which just sends fake "parcel was refused" message in the system and never deliver the product. Total dissapointment, avoid!
Update: the desk has eventually arrived 20 days after initial date and after more than 5 attempts.
The desk itself is super good, so bringing up my review by 1 star - it is quite miserable that such a lovely desk had such issues with delivery, hopefully you will look into your logistics.

"3 years later"
Very pleased with my dual motor adjustable desk which I paired with a kitchen worktop three years ago. It has never let me down and it also quiet and I use the presets every few hours. My only suggestion would be to make instruction manuals easily available on the website. Every now and then I want to change the preset levels but I forget how to do it. YouTube videos are available but a quick guide or manual for reference would be quicker.

Ordered a standing desk and product seems very robust and of good build quality, assembly was also pretty straightforward. I actually had some relatively minor issues which might have been caused in transit but customer service resolved all for me pretty quickly. Overall i am quite satisfied with product and service. Even if they are not always reachable by phone, they are responsive on email. Thanks.

"Great desk and customer service"
Great standing desk and fantastic customer service. I initially bought the Q8, but as soon as it arrived I realised it won't fit the shape of my office. Penny, Pauleen, and the entire team at Flexispot were extremely helpful in getting this item returned and keeping me informed throughout the process. I then ordered the EW8 which is perfect for my office. The look is very smart and I love the charging ports as well as the drawer. Also, the standing desk is really helping with my back pain and enhancing concentration.

Had my standing desk for over a year now and suddenly the up button had stopped working. I contacted customer support and they helped with the hard reset of the standing desk and it all works now! :) thank you!
