Online experience very good as was remote support. Ordered a desk and inadvertently ordered an incorrect desktop. Issue was dealt with efficiently. Only issue I have is with calling FlexiSpot directly. Noone picks up the phone. Other than that, no issues

Good value for money and excellent customer service.
I bought a E7 sit-stand desk and several accessories. Items were delivered quickly. It was easy to assemble. I am good quite happy with the desk I bought as it is in good quality and doesn’t make much noise when I adjust its height.
Customer service was really good. I spoke to several staff before and after I put my order to make sure items I ordered would be delivered to my new address within certain dates. They were all responsive and patient.

I've bought a few products over the years from Flexispot and I am always very happy with the quality of the items. I've had my desk for around 5 years and its as good as the day i got it.
They have solid customer experience too - I recently returned an office chair to them as it wasn't quite right for me and the customer service was absolutely stellar. Would recommend.

I've come to the Flexispot website 3 times over the past few months. The choice was a bit overwhelming and I was about choosing the wrong thing. Its because of my conversation with Katherine that I feel confident and comfortable purchasing the product. She gave me all the information I needed concisely and easily and, importantly, she made it much less hassle than I expected. (I'm also impressed by how well she knew the resources because she was always able to quickly get me the things I asked for.)

"Brilliant desk, & perfect Customer Service"
I recently bought an EW8 standing desk on a day when the website was offering a 50% discount, and I'm over the moon with it - the reviews I read beforehand all recommended Flexispot standing desks, and with good reason. I made an error in ordering that I needed to contact Customer Services about and Jizele responded rapidly and corrected my error immediately, so 10/10 for that response and big thank you to her for that. The desk arrived super-fast and was so easy to put together (just bolting the legs to the top using the supplied allen key). It only weights about 33kg, but I'd say it ideally needs two people to pick it up and turn it onto its legs safely. It's lovely and solid to work on, and easy pre-sets mean you can adjust it to different family member's requirements. All in all, great service and a really, really good desk. Highly recommend.

"Read this before you buy!!!!"
I ordered a M17 Computer Riser (Standing Desk Converter). The payment and delivery went through in a reasonable time (within 5 working days). On delivery I was there to accept the parcel, and the equipment comes in one box but is in two parts. The top part was perfectly fine, but the second part (the desk tray) had damage to the wood/tray, where the screws securing the tray had pulled away from the tray. I have seen other reviews that mention this so I suspect it is the way they are packaged by the company. I'm currently trying to get hold of their customer services through the two methods they have available. The telephone has been no use as I have either been disconnected at the start or waited for over 20mins with hold music and then disconnected. The contact form has been filled in an sent with evidence, and they claim they will respond within 48hrs. I will update this review once I receive a response/outcome but the initial review would be that the product is of good quality, laminated MDF so not quality wood, rising mechanism is good. However, the customer service for after sales seems poor, and not sufficient for the volume of sales.

Use the online form as the aftersales team do respond within 48hrs, and are very attentive in trying to resolve issues. They offer refunds, partial refunds or replacements but I chose the partial refund and this was done promptly. It's unfortunate that this happened, as the product is good for the price, and after some repairs (only to the damage mentioned above) is now working very well. I understand that accidents/mistakes happen, and that's what aftersales are there for, so due to the aftersales operating as expected when using the online form, I have upgraded from 2 stars to 4 stars, and would have been 5 stars if this hadn't happened.

initially, I thought there might be some issues with my delivery as the legs alone weigh 100kg and I live on the 12th floor of a block of flats, plus I have disabilities.
Jizele at FlexiSpot emailed me promptly and organised everything swiftly with the delivery company, for on-time and courteous delivery, the delivery person helped me right into the apartment with the heavy load.
