I bought the Standing Desk Pro E7 with bamboo worktop. Excellent quality and super customer service.
I have it since July. I also bought the casters as I wanted the freedom to move it to different parts of the room.
Today I had an error sign on the mechanism to move it up ad down. I contacted customer service who responded within an hour with instructions on how to reset - worked a treat and now fully functioning again. Thank you Katherine and Jizele!

"Seriously amazing customer support"

I bought the FlexiSpot E7 desk as it seemed the best value for the money. After a 3/4 months I started to have some noises coming from the legs/motors of the desk. I decided to contact customer support and after a few exchange of emails they sent me a full replacement of the legs/motors (not cheap). This is really good customer support. Straight to the point.

The desk arrived with no top cover. It took them 2.5 months to get that to me and when I put it together the motor was broken. They won't replace or resend me the component parts without doing a video which will show nothing and they don't answer the phone. They now tell me they have run out of the white base so I can't have that choice either.

"Great Desk and Excellent Customer Service"

I'm very happy with my height adjustable desk from Flexispot. Delivery was problem free, the assembly instructions were easy to follow and the desk itself is made of high quality materials and feels solid. After a year of almost daily use the desk mechanics are still working well. I've only had one small issue where the desk became temporarily stuck in the lowest position, but I emailed Flexispot and even though it was a Sunday they responded immediately with tips on how to fix... this worked first time and I have had no further issues.
