Ordered the 8-in-1 desk and delivery was very prompt and item well packaged and protected. Build quality is excellent. Control box didn’t work initially but customer service was exceptional - very quick responses and a new box shipped immediately. All working fine now and it’s a great desk.

I love my new sit-stand desk. The controls are really easy to use and it moves in a very fluid motion. It also looks great- so much better than the rubbish old table I was using before! I had some issues with delivery, and in the end it took a long time for the desk to arrive, but this was down to problems with the delivery company DHL. Flexispot always answered my queries fast and got new items shipped out to me so eventually I got the product I bought. I nearly went with a cheaper option but I am glad I stuck with this as the electrics are so smooth and it seems like it will be very durable. I am unsure why a previous review states that the bar under the desk presses on the thighs as I sit with my feet flat on the floor, and wrists at the correct angle and my legs are nowhere near the bar (and I'm also 5'7")!

"Bar under desk makes it painful to use when sitting"

I was excited to get my desk - I've suffered from RSI issues for years and hoped a desk that would go low enough to have my feet flat on the floor and rest my wrists on comfortably would help. However, the design of the desk means there is a bar under the table top that goes right across my thighs. There is no way for the desk to be low enough to have my feet flat on the floor (I'm 5ft 7) without that bar digging in. And, as I didn't keep the packaging (which you need in order to return the desk), I'm now stuck with an expensive desk that is painful to sit out. The design makes no sense to me and I'm incredibly disappointed.

I have been delighted by my Flexispot sit to stand desk which i have now had for 2 months. It was easy to assemble, looks good and is great value for money. It did take a while to arrive but was worth the wait. When I had a glitch with the controls the customer service desk came straight back with a response which sorted out my problem. The desk is covered by a good warrantee process and the customer services is responsive should you have a problem..
