"Incorrect Product Recommended + Terrible Customer Service"

I purchased a FlexiSpot dual monitor clamp stand for a FlexiSpot desk top riser that was recommended by a FlexiSpot agent only to discover it was incompatible.

When I contacted FlexiSpot to advise that the wrong monitor stand was recommended (it didn't fit) I was told that the desk top riser was actually only suitable for a single monitor not dual monitor and that it was my discretion to buy it i.e. it's my fault for not cross checking the advice received from FlexiSpot.

The FlexiSpot agent then wouldn't provide me with the information to file a complaint.

"Great desk, smooth delivery"

Ordered for my wife, she is very happy with the desk. It came nearly entirely assembled with just the legs, feet and cable management to fit. Full assembly took less than an hour and I wasn't exactly rushing through!
Delivery via DHL was fine, managed to rearrange the delivery for a better day.
I didn't need to contact customer services so I can't comment on that experience.
Dropping a star off because the cable tray isn't great for a £600 desk - it's quite flimsy and attaches with two teeny bolts which do not feel sturdy at all in comparison to the construction of the rest of the desk and I had to replace one with a longer bolt because the metal bracket wasn't perfectly shaped so the supplied bolt wouldn't reach.. I think I will be taking it off and replacing it with some sticky back hoops + Velcro straps!

Be careful of woeful customer service, from a chinese company with no staff in the UK ... my desktop arrived damaged and they refuse to listen

I'm writing this from my EF1 standing desk which has really improved my work-from-home experience. The desk is beautiful, sturdy and easy to use. The ordering process was also a seamless one - Flexispot were responsive, the DHL delivery went well, and when I had follow-up questions Customer Service got back promptly and were helpful.

I bought the Standing Desk EG8 and got it within 2 days.
It is quite simply perfect. Sturdy and quiet which is important for me. The White colour with the glass top is cool by all meaning. Not only the look which I prefer (has a clean look to it) but also for touch and even helps to cool my laptop, an advantage I did not think about when ordering it.

The table's memories is so convenient. I'm very happy I didn't take the manual only version.
Finally, for me personally, the length of warranty helped me take the decision of making the purchase.

"Flexispot offer money for positive reviews!"

I bought a desk and keyboard tray from Flexispot. Both arrived as expected and I am pleased with the desk. The keyboard tray wouldn’t fit the desk, despite Flexispot having sold them as a package (I’d used the ‘build your desk feature’). You cannot talk to anyone with specific product knowledge at Flexispot, it all has to be done via email. Eventually they conceded that the products weren’t compatible and have accepted a return and arranging a refund.
I would suggest people are very wary of the positive reviews:
FLEXISPOT OFFER A ‘PARTIAL REFUND’ IF YOU POST A POSITIVE REVIEW AND THEN SEND THEM A LINK OR SCREENSHOT OF THE REVIEW. They told me this over the phone and also in writing in an email.
Once they knew I was not happy and I asked where I could leave a review I was told, in writing, that the review website was not working and they were rebuilding it! Shortly afterwards I got an automated email saying I could leave a review here…
So the product itself is good but the customer service and operating procedures leave a lot to be desired.

I am an engineer, dealing with manufacturing on a daily basis. I have to say I have been extremely impressed with the quality of the two Flexispot desks I have bought. Their manufacture is excellent, and the design of their packaging is amazing. Apple could learn a thing or two, indeed! I did have some problems with the DHL delivery service as things came across several deliveries and some items were a bit delayed, but that was all resolved with good Customer Service support throughout. I would happily buy from them again.

Bought the 120x60cm sit/stand desk in Maple & I'm really happy with it. It looks great and works perfectly. I bought it because I spend most of the week hunched over at the kitchen table & have been getting pretty bad back pain as a result. My back already feels better after a few weeks of using the standing desk. Arrived within a week too
