"FLEXISPOT Essential Electric Standing Desk Height Adjustable Standing Desk Sit Stand Desk"

I had bought this product (FLEXISPOT Essential Electric Standing Desk Height Adjustable Standing Desk Sit Stand Desk) on Amazon in July,2022 and it's the best decision I have made with respect to an home office. It works great and extremely sturdy. I had run into an issue and when I reached out to customer care, Mark was quick to resolve the issue and shared to the point and specific steps for the fix. I highly recommend this product and of you are looking for a standing/sitting table for a home office. Don't look any further and buy this.

"Excellent E5 desk and customer service."

I ordered, assembled and have been using my new E5 movable desk + 140x70cm table top + cable management tray, all in black. The whole process was very smooth: checking product details and availability by phone with customer service staff who are fluent in English, courteous and well informed/train; ordering on-line is clear and quick; delivery by DHL in London was 3 days from my order being placed.
Packaging is excellent and instructions very well set out, including the accompanying screws/fixings. The main base is heavy and is definitely easier if there are two people putting it together. Some other reviews mention the benefit of having a powered screwdriver but I was able to put the E5 and desktop together without needing one. Being small (5ft 2in) I've wanted a height adjustable table for ages that I could sit on and type with comfortably as well one that I could also stand and work from/with. The dual motor is very quiet and smooth; the standard control panel is easy to set up and use. The table is solid and stable, there's no wobble at all and my iMac, reading lamp and scanner fit comfortably on the table. The optional cable management tray is well worth the cost, it keeps the cables of my iMac, light, scanner and printer tidy. Everything has worked well from start to finish. I am delighted with my E5.

"Customer support is a nightmare."

Desk looks great and works well but customer support is a nightmare.

They sent me a desk with missing screws, I then phoned them, the people you talk to have no power to actually sort anything and instead have to raise an internal ticket.

The problem here is that the people answering the internal tickets are in a very different time zone to the uk (replying in the middle of the night) and some times dont reply for over a day at a time.

They originally tried to get me to buy a replacement screw myself without providing me the dimensions of the screw, and only being willing to cover 1/4 of what it would cost from amazon.

Eventually, I got them to ship me a replacement screw but it took nearly two weeks.

The desk is great, but they really need to sort out their customer support process as it's not up to standard.

"Excellent desk from Flexispot"

This is an excellent desk from Flexispot. I bought the dual motor frame E5 with a mahogany 120x80cm desktop. I did a fair bit of research before buying and I'm glad I chose Flexispot. The desk is solid and very well made. It was easy to assemble. The instructions are clear. You just need a simple power screwdriver to attach the legs to the desktop. Everything was very well packaged. I would recommend to other buyers.

I can’t leave a 5 star as I had a bad experience, unfortunately. My order 1379584 is delivered and I installed the table. I noticed now that the table top came chipped. Really disappointing as I paid a premium price. UPDATE: They contacted me on the next day of this review and sent a replacement that arrived in perfect state. So it’s fair to say the customer service is flawless. I’m raising from 2 stars to 4.
