Great company!

First things first I’m a genuine buyer - check out my other reviews and they are mostly negative. I thought FLEXISPOT deserves a positive review because I’ve been impressed with the quality of product - I ordered the E7 premium on sale with the bamboo top. The bamboo is very rigid and the desk is super sturdy. Compared the it’s competitors flexispot is not hiding the fact they are Chinese. They are cutting out the middle man and competing with bisley and HM. I was about to buy a bisley desk but I rang them and they told me they use a Chinese company’s legs and put their own top on it. So I thought to myself for 200 less I can just get the same if not better product with flexispot. A couple of niggles I would have liked the leg base at the back to be slightly shorter so I could have this against the wall more and the bamboo holes at the centre points to be drilled into the table top but it’s not a massive deal here.

Regarding the previous review - yea it’s an 8 week wait for the curved desk tops - I would have preferred one of those but could wait so long so had to make a purchase for studies.

I have just bought the BS8 office chair after reading a recommendation in Which Magazine and I love it. So much more supportive and comfortable than my old chair and reasonably priced. I had to call customer services with a query about how to operate the chair (it doesn't come with instructions) and they resolved it very quickly.

"FlexiSpot Standing Desk Review"

I purchased a standing desk from FlexiSpot back in 2021 and been happy with it ever since! After some initial teething issues with mounting the control panel in the wrong place and testing the functionality of the desk before securing a desktop, FlexiSpot customer service guided me through this and were very helpful. I have had no issues since.

I ordered the C7 Air chair. Due to stock issues with the footrest, there was about a two month delay in receiving it which was a bit frustrating. But, I waited patiently, and once the chair was shipped, it arrived the next day.

My first impressions of the chair is that it's high quality, comfortable, and a vast improvement over my old chair which had no ergonomic support. The process of assembling it went relatively smooth, but the manual could benefit from being more clear and concise.

FlexiSpot's customer service was also very good and responsive. I had some issues applying a discount code, and they partially refunded me for the amount.

Overall, I am happy with my new chair. I recommend buying from FlexiSpot!
