"Customer service as it shoud be!"

I ordered a new E7 Premium desk last week and it arrived safe and sound on Monday.
Item was VERY well packaged with very hard reinforced corner caps. All parts arrived in pristine condition.
Assembly was very easy and I was up and running in no time.
The desk is amazing, all I could ever want in a desk, and a good list of optional extras available.
I had to contact customer service and I got the amazing Rodailyn. Who answered my query in less than 24 hours was blown away by how good the service and resolution were!

I highly recommend FlexiSpot for its products and service.

"A matter of strife and desk …"

On receipt of my desk chair (which had been given a 'Best Buy' by Which? mag) I found a broken 'cosmetic' part and very little 'user info'.
I dreaded starting the complaint process . . . but I needn't have worried. Every communication with Flexispot was acknowledged (well) within 24 hours and then actioned/responded to in a most expedient and constructive manner in every case.
Admittedly, some of the correspondence would not have been necessary had better 'user info' been provided in the first place - but the Customer Service staff could not be faulted in the manner of their approach to satisfying this customer . . . a breath of fresh air!

This was a good value product. I was initially thinking of buying a 'hand-crank' sit stand desk, but this was not much more. It's worked well for years - recently had a small issue but their technical team help sorted the problem quickly.

Brought a Flexisport base and fitted my own desk top, the base is very solid and with the desktop makes a very smart sit/stand solution. Had one issue with the controls and contact Flexisport, they were able to advise how to rectify and managed to get working again straight away.
