I ordered a Flexispot BS3 to replace my old chair. I needed a decent chair as I work at my home desk all day almost every day. The chair arrived and I was very satisfied with it. Alas, after a few weeks I started to develop a muscle pain. I thought I'd trapped a never somehow. Alas, it just got worse. I couldn't see how in any way it could be caused by my new chair. To prove myself wrong, I began using my old chair and the pain began to go away. I have no idea why perhaps my body is no longer used to comfort! I contacted Flexispot and told them of my problem. They arranged a refund straight away without any quibbling.

It's really heavy though so be warned, and I had to get someone to help me put it together but he said it was easy :)
