Delivered on time. Fairly easy to put together. Very sturdy and the range of heights is great. The E5 goes lower than a lot of others which is great as I'm short!

Excellent quality. Chair is sturdy. Instructions very detailed and easy enough to understand. Assembly was easy and didn't feel tensed at all. Set up by myself. Very comfortable cushion and also, lumber support helps with extended period of work from home.

I ordered my products (2x Standing Desks) and received them within 2 days or so. They were very easy to build, and now when using them they are sturdy and feel well made.

I had an issue where one of my desk-tops were damaged, perhaps in transit, or perhaps beforehand. The customer support team looked after me and arranged a gesture of good will to cover the defect. The support was immediate and friendly.

We purchased 7 Flexispot chairs that we have been very happy with. One of the headrests broke after about a year of use. Flexispot customer care were excellent - first they tried to ship a new headrest, but when this was delayed, they replaced the chair with a new one without quibble. I purchased a Flexispot elevating desk a couple of years ago. It failed to elevate and lower last week so I made contact with Flexispot UK. My case was managed by Aaron who responded to my messages and photo’s very promptly. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a routine to follow with the control buttons.
